摘 要: 數字時代不僅推動著思想政治教育向現代化轉型發展,而且賦予高校思政課教師新的素養維度。高校思政課教師數字素養體系由數字認知素養、數字教學素養、數字創新素養、數字倫理素養四部分組成。在數字時代,提升高校思政課教師數字素養是推動思想政治教育數字化轉型的必然趨勢,是培育新時代高素質人才的必要舉措,也是夯實高校思政課教師職業發展的關鍵途徑。該研究調查發現,當前高校思政課教師數字素養在數字理念、數字培養和數字育人等方面存在一定的現實隱憂。為此,應通過強化“數字思政”,提高數字駕馭力;優化頂層設計,強化數字培養力;完善平臺支撐,夯實數字保障力;構建學研共同體,發揮數字協同力,從而全方位構建高校思政課教師數字素養的大格局。

The value implication, realistic worries and improvement path of
digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in
colleges and universities in the digital age

Abstract: "The digital age not only promotes the modernization of ideological and political education, but also gives ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities a new quality dimension. The digital literacy system of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is composed of four parts: digital cognition literacy, digital teaching literacy, digital innovation literacy and digital ethics literacy. In the digital age, improving the digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is a necessary trend to promote the digital transformation of ideological and political education, an inevitable move to cultivate high-quality talents in the new era, and a key way to consolidate the professional development of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities. This study finds that the digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities has some realistic worries in the aspects of digital concept, digital cultivation and digital education. To this end, we should strengthen the \"digital thinking and politics\" to improve the digital driving force; optimize the top-level design to strengthen the digital cultivation; improve platform support to consolidate digital support; and build a community of learning and research and give full play to the digital synergy to build a general pattern of digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
