摘要" 從教學體系、實踐教學和職后培訓3個方面入手,對涉林涉草高等職業教育教師的發展現狀進行分析。探究該類教師教學能力提升的策略,包括優化教學體系,強化實踐教學,以及加強教師培訓。通過深入剖析實踐案例,總結提煉為“育種、育苗、育青和育菁”青藍強基鑄師工程。目的在于系統提升教師的專業素養和實踐能力,助力建設符合新質量和標準要求的教師隊伍,為林草行業的高等職業教育提供有力支撐。

Abstract" The current development status of teachers in higher vocational education related to forestry and grassland was analyzed from 3 aspects: teaching system, practical teaching, and post service training. The specific strategies were explored for enhancing the abilities of teachers teaching, including optimizing the teaching system, strengthening practical teaching, and enhancing teachers training. Through in-depth analysis of practical cases, teachers’ professional abilities had been summarized and extracted, namely the “breeding, seedling, greening and greening” Qinglan Qiangji Zhushi engineering. The purpose was to systematically enhance the professional competence and practical ability of teachers, help to build a teacher team that meets the requirements of new quality and standards, and provide strong support for higher vocational education in the forestry and grassland industry.

我國林草行業發展歷史悠久,覆蓋面廣,涵蓋木材及其他原料林培育、林產工業、經濟林、森林草原旅游、林下經濟、竹藤花卉苗木、林業生物質能源、木本糧油和飼草種植等諸多方面。隨著社會對涉林涉草領域專業人才需求的不斷提升,高等職業教育在培育相關人才方面發揮至關重要的作用。楊渠[1]研究指出,涉林涉草高等職業教育中,全面提升教師隊伍的整體素質和建設水平,構建一支師德高尚、素質卓越、技藝精湛和結構合理的“雙師型”教師隊伍十分重要。……
