


摘" 要:中國特色社會主義進入新時代。伴隨新興信息工程技術的飛速進步,作為國家重要基礎性產業的物流業,其產業與技術的深度融合及產業的轉型升級勢在必行,迫切需要服務于時代社會實際需求且具有創新能力的“德才兼備型”的物流工程類高層次應用人才。課程是高層次應用型人才培養的基石,但現有課程教學中存在實踐環節薄弱、創新能力培養不足的問題。為實現“德才兼備型”人才培養宗旨,以物流工程類研究生培養中的代表性課程《物流系統仿真》為例,從面向新時代教育戰略地位的課程頂層設計、面向新時代物流工程領域復雜實際情景的課程內容設計、面向“德才兼備型”人才培養的“建構主義理論+混合式”課程教學模式設計三方面提出了改革方案。

Abstract: Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. With the rapid progress of emerging information engineering technology, deep integration of industry and technology as well as industrial transformation and upgrading in the logistics industry, the national important and fundamental industry, is imperative. There is an urgent need for high-level application talents, being virtuous to serve the practical needs of the times and with innovative ability in the field of logistics engineering. Curriculum is the cornerstone of cultivating high-level practical talents, but the current curriculum is weak in practice and innovative ability. In order to achieve the goal of cultivating talents with political-integrity and innovative-ability, a reform plan, taking the representative course logistics system simulation for graduate students majored in logistics engineering as an example, is proposed from three aspects: The top-level design of the course oriented by strategic position of education, the design of the course content oriented by complex practical situations in the field of logistics engineering, and the design of the \"constructivist theory amp; hybrid\" course teaching mode oriented by cultivating talents with political-integrity and innovative-ability.
