Abstract: Traditional supply chains face challenges such as information silos, low efficiency, and high costs. Artificial intelligence(AI)big models provide new opportunities for optimizing and upgrading the supply chain ecosystem with their powerful data processing and analysis capabilities. This article analyzes the pain points of traditional supply chains and explores how AI models can improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance risk management capabilities through data-driven decision-making, resource allocation optimization, process automation, risk prevention and control. It also looks forward to the future development trend of intelligent supply chains. Taking Amazon, Apple and Aliababa as examples, the application and significant achievements of AI big models in the supply chain ecosystem were demonstrated.
