經濟欠發達地區物流產業集群發展模式研究

摘" 要：物流產業集群發展可以降低物流成本，提高物流效率，推動物流業高質量發展。但是物流產業集群需要一定的條件，也有不同的模式。文章在總結了四種常見的物流產業集群模式的概念和特點后，對經濟欠發達地區的物流產業集群困境做出了闡述，最后以甘肅省為例，分析了甘肅省物流產業集群的條件，并應用層次分析法（AHP）對甘肅省物流產業集群的模式做出了分析，得出了甘肅省在前期應該采用“區位導向型+政府主導型”為主物流產業集群模式，在后期應該采用“區位導向型+產業依附型”為主的物流產業集群模式的結論，這對經濟欠發達地區的物流產業集群發展有一定的借鑒價值。

Abstract： The development of logistics industry clusters can reduce logistics costs， improve logistics efficiency， and promote high

-quality development of the logistics industry. However， logistics industry clusters require certain conditions and also have different models. After summarizing the concepts and characteristics of four common logistics industry cluster models， this paper expounds the dilemma of logistics industry cluster in underdevelopment. Finally， taking Gansu Province as an example， this paper analyzes the conditions of logistics industry cluster in Gansu Province， and applies the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to analyze the model of logistics industry cluster in Gansu Province， it is concluded that Gansu Province should adopt the logistics industry cluster model of \"location oriented+government led\" in the early stage， and the logistics industry cluster model of \"location oriented+industry dependent\" in the later stage， which has certain reference value for the development of logistics industry cluster in underdevelopment.

產業集群是工業化過程中的普遍現象，在所有發達的經濟體中，都可以明顯看到各種產業集群的現象。物流業是支撐國民經濟發展的基礎性、戰略性、先導性產業，其行業特點是基礎投資大、規模效應明顯。物流業要帶動地方經濟的發展必須要通過產業集群，才能進一步降低物流成本，帶動農業、制造業及服務業形成聯動發展，這也是推動物流業高質量發展，推進物流業結構優化、自身轉型升級的必由之路。物流業的集群發展需要有一定的形成條件，或先天的地理優勢、或完善的基礎設施、或多元化的市場需求。這些條件在同一區域不一定能全都具備，不同的區域優勢培育了不同物流產業集群模式。……
