細梗制梗絲工藝參數(shù)設計及應用于細支卷煙效果評價

摘要 為比較細梗梗絲與常規(guī)梗絲之間的差異，本研究對兩種制梗絲工藝參數(shù)及其在細支卷煙中的應用效果進行對比評價。結果表明，與常規(guī)梗絲相比，細梗梗絲具有填充值小、整絲率及抗造碎性低的特點；細梗梗絲的還原糖、煙堿、總氮、木質素、纖維素和蛋白質等含量略低于常規(guī)梗絲，中性香味成分吡嗪類物質、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮含量略高于常規(guī)梗絲；細梗梗絲具有降低焦油、煙氣一氧化碳含量，以及包灰裂口率小、燃燒速率慢等特點，相同梗絲比例摻配細梗梗絲的卷煙單支質量穩(wěn)定性、感官質量優(yōu)于常規(guī)梗絲樣品。

Abstract To compare the differences between fine stem and conventional stem， a comparative evaluation was conducted on the process parameters of two types of stem cutting and their application in fine count cigarettes. The results showed compared with conventional stem， fine stem had the characteristics of small filling value， low whole stem rate， high fragmentation rate， and low resistance to breakage. The content of reducing sugar， nicotine， total nitrogen， lignin， cellulose， protein， etc. in fine stemmed stem silk were slightly lower than that in conventional stem silk， while the neutral aroma components such as pyrazine and 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one were slightly higher than those in conventional stem silk. Fine stemmed tobacco had the characteristics of significantly reducing tar， carbon monoxide in smoke， low ash cracking rate， and slow combustion rate. The weight stability and sensory quality of a single cigarette mixed with the same proportion of fine stemmed tobacco were better than those of conventional tobacco samples.

細梗是指直徑小于2.38 mm的煙梗，復烤煙梗經(jīng)篩分后可分為長梗、短梗、細梗和碎梗[1-2]。目前，長梗和短梗常被卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)回收利用，而細梗和碎梗常作為廢棄物處理[3]。此外，在煙梗制梗絲預處理階段也會將細梗進行篩除，主要原因是細梗與長梗存在物理性狀上的差異，易造成煙梗預處理含水率和梗絲厚度不均勻，以及出梗絲率較低的情況。細梗直徑小，切后的梗絲形狀更接近于絲狀梗絲，且在制梗絲加工過程中具有吸濕性快、與煙絲形態(tài)配伍性好及含氮物質低等優(yōu)勢，在降本增效、降焦減害和改善卷煙質量等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用[4-5]。在加強煙草廢棄物利用背景下，合理利用細梗是當前亟待解決的問題之一[6]。目前，對于細梗的相關研究報道較少，近年來隨著細支卷煙規(guī)模快速增長，對梗絲的需求量日益增加，而細支卷煙煙支直徑小，可容納的煙絲量少，對梗絲的形態(tài)等質量要求較高[7-9]，主要包括梗絲刺激性小、配伍性好及燃燒性能好等。……
