鄉村振興背景下農民合作社高質量發展影響因素研究

摘要 鄉村振興戰略大背景下，新型農業經營主體的發展，迎來前所未有的政策和時代機遇。農民專業合作社作為新型農業經營主體的主要形式，也是鄉村振興戰略的必然選擇和有效載體。近年來，在市場經濟體制的引導下，各地區因地制宜，根據其資源稟賦和區位優勢，在農村成立合作社帶動農業產業發展。以第一師阿拉爾市為例，對農民合作社進行問卷調查和實地訪談，采用二元Logistic回歸模型實證研究鄉村振興背景下農民合作社高質量發展的影響因素，最后根據回歸結果得出結論并提出相應的對策建議，以期對農民合作社高質量發展思路提供一定的參考。

Research on the Influencing Factors of High-quality Development of Peasant Cooperatives Under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking Alar as an Example

Abstract Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy， the development of new agricultural business entities has ushered in unprecedented policies and opportunities of The Times. As the main form of new agricultural management， farmers’ specialized cooperatives are also the inevitable choice and effective carrier of rural revitalization strategy. In recent years， under the guidance of the market economy system， various regions have set up cooperatives in rural areas to drive the development of agricultural industry according to their local conditions and resource endowments and geographical advantages. Taking Alar City of the First Division as an example， this paper conducted questionnaire survey and field interview on farmers’ cooperatives， adopted binary Logistic regression model to empirically study the factors affecting the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives under the background of rural revitalization， and finally drew conclusions based on the regression results and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions， hoping to provide certain references for the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives.

農民合作社是在農村家庭承包經營的基礎上，農產品的生產經營者或農業生產經營服務的提供者、利用者組成的自愿聯合、民主管理的互助性經濟組織。黨的十八大以來，合作社服務能力持續增強，合作內容不斷豐富，發展質量進一步提高［1］。黨的二十大報告中提出“加快建設農業強國”，這是黨中央著眼全面建設社會主義現代化國家大局作出的重大決策部署，明確了新時代新階段農業農村現代化的主攻方向［2］。隨著我國農業市場化、國際化程度的不斷加深，農民專業合作社既是我國農業現代化和社會主義新農村建設的迫切需要，也是提高我國農業國際競爭力和解決“三農”問題的治本之策［3］?！?br>
