地方高校助力鄉(xiāng)村振興人才培養(yǎng)的困境與對策研究

摘要 隨著鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施，對具備專業(yè)知識和實(shí)踐技能的人才需求愈發(fā)強(qiáng)烈。地方高校作為地區(qū)性高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)，肩負(fù)著為鄉(xiāng)村振興提供人才支持的重要使命。目前，地方高校面臨著與政府溝通不夠，缺乏系統(tǒng)性服務(wù)平臺與機(jī)制、人才培養(yǎng)與鄉(xiāng)村振興需求不匹配、師資力量薄弱等挑戰(zhàn)。這些問題不僅影響地方高校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，而且阻礙鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施。地方高校需要加強(qiáng)與地方政府及涉農(nóng)企業(yè)的聯(lián)系；根據(jù)鄉(xiāng)村振興的實(shí)際需求，開展基于鄉(xiāng)村振興的專業(yè)建設(shè)；加大師資引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)力度，提升教師隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì)和教學(xué)水平。該研究旨在為地方高校更好地服務(wù)鄉(xiāng)村振興人才培養(yǎng)提供理論支撐和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)，促進(jìn)地方高校與鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的深度融合，為鄉(xiāng)村全面振興提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的人才基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract With the deepening implementation of the country’s rural revitalization strategy， the demand for talents with professional knowledge and practical skills is becoming increasingly strong. As regional higher education institutions， local universities shoulder the important mission of providing talent support for rural revitalization. At present， local universities are facing challenges such as insufficient communication with the government， lack of systematic service platforms and mechanisms， mismatch between talent cultivation and rural revitalization needs， and weak teaching staff. These problems not only affect the quality of talent cultivation in local universities， but they also constrain the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Local universities should strengthen the communication with local governments and agricultural enterprises， carry out professional construction based on rural revitalization according to the actual needs of rural revitalization， intensify the introduction and training of teaching staff， and improve the overall quality and teaching level of the teaching staff. The aim of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for local universities to better serve the talent cultivation of rural revitalization， promote the deep integration of local universities with rural revitalization strategies， and provide a solid talent foundation for comprehensive rural revitalization.
