新時代勞動教育融入生物科學專業(yè)實踐教學體系的創(chuàng)新與實踐

摘要 勞動教育是實現(xiàn)“五育并舉”的重要組成部分與關鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一，新時代勞動教育融入專業(yè)實踐教學是民族院校落實“五育并舉、三全育人”的重要途徑，也是民族院校培養(yǎng)卓越生命科學人才的有力抓手，同時也是推動民族院校專業(yè)實踐教學改革工作的應有之義。組建教師教學發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合體，以解決教師教學發(fā)展方面的問題，從而形成有效的勞動教育融入專業(yè)實踐教學的教研組織形態(tài)；組建實踐教學平臺搭建與創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合體，以解決教學平臺發(fā)展方面的問題，從而建立高效的勞動教育融入專業(yè)實踐教學的實踐教學平臺；組建勞動教育融合專業(yè)實踐課程聯(lián)合體，以解決實踐課程創(chuàng)新方面的問題，從而構建優(yōu)質(zhì)的勞動教育融入專業(yè)實踐教學的實踐課程體系。通過“五育并舉、三全育人”視域下新時代勞動教育融入專業(yè)實踐教學體系的創(chuàng)新與實踐，為高效開展勞動教育提供“河北民族師范學院方案”。

Innovation and Practice of Integrating Labor Education into Practical Teaching System of Biological Science Specialty in New Era

Abstract Labor education is an important part and one of the key links to realize the “five education simultaneously”. The integration of labor education into professional practice teaching in the new era is an important way for ethnic colleges to implement the “five education simultaneously and three comprehensive education”， and it is also a powerful starting point for ethnic colleges to train outstanding life science talents， and it is also a necessary meaning to promote the reform of professional practice teaching in ethnic colleges. In order to solve the problems in the development of teachers' teaching， an effective teaching and research organization form of integrating labor education into professional practice teaching is formed. Establish a practical teaching platform construction and innovation consortium to solve the problems in the development of teaching platforms， so as to establish an efficient practical teaching platform integrating labor education into professional practical teaching;In order to solve the problems in the innovation of practical curriculum， a high quality practical curriculum system of integrating labor education into professional practical teaching will be established. Through the innovation and practice of integrating labor education into professional practice teaching system in the new era under the vision of “five education simultaneously and three education”， the “Hebei Minzu Normal University Plan” is provided for efficient labor education.
