鄉村振興背景下社會主義核心價值觀引領文明實踐的內涵與路徑

摘要 著力培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀是新時代文化建設的重要戰略舉措。以社會主義核心價值觀引領新時代文明實踐工作，既是推動社會主義核心價值觀在農村落地生根的根本需求，更是完成新時代宣傳思想文化工作使命任務的基本原則。社會主義核心價值觀引領新時代文明實踐的內涵可以概括為3個引領：價值引領、理論引領和實踐引領。強化社會主義核心價值觀對新時代文明實踐的引領，應將社會主義核心價值觀融入科學理論傳播、融入基層思想政治工作，以社會主義核心價值觀引領鄉村志愿服務。

The Connotation and Path of Core Socialist Values Leading Civilization Practice Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract Focusing on cultivating and practicing core socialist values is an important strategic measure for cultural construction in the new era. Leading the civilization practice in the new era with core socialist values are not only the fundamental need to promote the core socialist values to take root in rural areas， but also the basic principle for fulfilling the mission and task of propaganda， ideological and cultural work in the new era. The connotation of core socialist values leading the civilization practice in the new era can be summarized into three guidance： value guidance， theoretical guidance and practical guidance. To strengthen the guidance of core socialist values on the civilization practice in the new era， core socialist values should be integrated into the dissemination of scientific theories， into the ideological and political work at the grassroots level， and should be used to lead rural volunteer service.

2023年10月，習近平總書記對宣傳思想文化工作作出重要指示，明確了“七個著力”的重大要求［1］，“著力培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀”是其中的重要內容。黨的十九屆五中全會提出“堅持以社會主義核心價值觀引領文化建設”，要求“拓展新時代文明實踐中心建設”“健全志愿服務體系”，這既為價值引領、文明實踐、志愿服務三者間系統設計規定了簡明而又鮮明的政治邏輯，也為運用價值主導和引領研究話語體系、制度安排、協同增益提供了基本向度。……
