鈍藥野木瓜的研究進展及開發利用前景分析

摘要 鈍藥野木瓜是優良的藥用、食用、景觀三重利用價值的野木瓜屬植物，具有很高的開發利用價值。從藥用價值、食用價值、觀賞價值等方面對鈍藥野木瓜國內外研究現狀進行了綜述，發現相較于野木瓜，鈍藥野木瓜在藥用成分分析、藥效試驗、遺傳改良、人工栽培、產品開發等方面的研究都嚴重滯后，良種種苗、生態栽培技術及藥用、食用產品的開發等是鈍藥野木瓜產業發展的瓶頸，分析并提出了今后研發的重點領域和方向。

The Research Progress and Analyis on Development and Utilization Prospect of Stauntonia leucantha

Abstract Stauntonia leucantha is an excellent medicinal，edible and landscape plant of Stauntonia DC，which has high development and utilization value.In this paper，the research status of Stauntonia leucantha at home and abroad was summarized from the aspects of medicinal value，edible value and ornamental value.It was found that compared with Stauntonia chinensis，the research on medicinal components analysis，efficacy test，genetic improvement，artificial cultivation and product development of Stauntonia leucantha was seriously lagging behind，and the bottleneck of the development of Stauntonia leucantha industry was improved seedlings，ecological cultivation technology and the development of medicinal and edible products.The key areas and directions of future research and development were analyzed and put forward.

鈍藥野木瓜（Stauntonia leucantha），木通科（Lardizabalaceae）野木瓜屬（Stauntonia DC）常綠木質藤本植物，又稱倒卵葉野木瓜，別名那藤包、麻藤包、牛卵坨，是我國特有的常綠木質藤本植物［1］。木通科野木瓜屬植物多為民間傳統中藥材，根、莖、葉、果均可入藥；果實味甜可食用，是山區農村常見的野生水果［2］。目前，對野木瓜屬植物的研究主要集中在野木瓜（S.chinensis DC）、西南野木瓜（S.cavalerieana Gagnep）上，對鈍藥野木瓜研究的文獻報道較少。福建省野木瓜屬植物主要有野木瓜、鈍藥野木瓜和尾葉野木瓜［3］。與野木瓜、尾葉野木瓜2個種相比較，福建省鈍藥野木瓜野生資源最為豐富，且具有四季常綠、藤蔓繁茂、適應性強、生長快，以及果大、味美香甜等優點，極具開發利用價值。……
