






摘要 實施“育教融合”是落實“立德樹人”的有效路徑。基于生態文明建設、美麗中國建設、實現鄉村振興等國家戰略對新時代園林工匠的技術技能水平和綜合職業素養需求,遵循職業教育規律和園林工匠職業成長規律,構建以教學理念引領、課程體系重構、教學模式創新、產教融合實訓、創業實踐激勵、園林國手錘煉等路徑為主體的“教”的路徑體系,為培養精湛工匠技能搭建平臺;構建以人文修養培育、專業文化熏陶、環境育人塑造、思政要素滋潤、黨員先鋒引領、優秀案例啟示等路徑為主體的“育”的路徑體系,為培養深厚工匠素養搭建平臺。

Construction of the Training Path of “Education and Teaching Integration” of Landscape Artisans in New Era

Abstract The implementation of “education and teaching integration” is an effective way to carry out “building virtue and cultivating people”. Based on the national strategies of ecological civilization construction, beautiful China construction and rural revitalization,and the demand of technical skill level and comprehensive professional accomplishment of landscape artisans in the new era, following the vocational education law and the professional growth law of landscape artisans,we constructed the teaching path system, which was mainly made up by the teaching concept leading, the reconstruction of the curriculum system, the innovation of teaching model, the integration of production and teaching, the encouragement of pioneering practice, and the hammering of Chinese garden hands, and built a platform for the skills of a skilled craftsman. And we constructed the education path system, which was based on the cultivation of humanities, the edification of professional culture, the shaping of environmental education, the moistening of ideological and political factors, the leading of Party members and the revelation of outstanding cases, and built a platform for the creation of heavy landscape artisan literacy.
