


















摘要 推動農業高質量發展是我國實施鄉村振興戰略及實現農村現代化的重要組成部分。基于“三生”系統視角,構建包括農業生態、經濟和社會三系統的綜合評價指標體系,采用熵權TOPSIS法和泰爾指數、基尼系數及變異系數測度漢江生態經濟帶13座城市2012—2021年的農業高質量發展水平且對區域差異性進行評價,并借助ArcGIS軟件對其農業高質量發展水平進行空間可視化分析。結果表明:漢江生態經濟帶三系統各自綜合發展指數逐年上升,其農業高質量發展水平也逐年上升,上游和中下游城市農業高質量發展水平差異不大,主要差距來源于區域內部,區域間差異較小。因此,不同地區需要因地制宜,發揮優勢、補齊短板,縮小區域內部差異,從而實現漢江生態經濟帶農業的現代化發展。

Measure the High Quality Development Level of Agriculture in Hanjiang Ecological Economic Belt Based on the Perspective of “Ecology-Economy-Society”

Abstract Promoting high-quality agricultural development is an important part of implementing rural revitalization strategy and realizing rural modernization in China. Based on the perspective of the three-life system, this paper construc7QKy78LMde/CkxAULBDKIA==ts a comprehensive evaluation index system including three systems of agroecology, economy and society. TOPSIS method of entropy weight, Theil index, Gini coefficient and coefficient of variation are used to measure the high-quality agricultural development level of 13 cities in the Hanjiang River Ecological Economic Belt from 2012 to 2021, and the regional differences are evaluated. And with ArcGIS software, the spatial visualization analysis of its high quality agricultural development level was carried out. The results show that the comprehensive development index of the three systems of Hanjiang Ecological Economic Belt has increased year by year, and the level of high-quality agricultural development has also increased year by year. There is little difference in the level of high-quality urban agricultural development between the upper reaches and the middle and lower reaches, and the main difference comes from within the region, but the difference between regions is small. Therefore, different regions need to adapt to local conditions, give full play to their advantages, make up for their shortcomings, and narrow regional differences, so as to realize the modernization of agriculture in the Han River Ecological Economic Belt.
