促進烏魯木齊市農業與旅游業融合共贏的實證研究

摘要 旅游業與農業的協同耦合發展是推動鄉村振興戰略落實的重要渠道，為農村經濟的發展指明了發展方向。在研究旅游業與農業的相互協同發展時，根據對國內和國外文獻的查閱，利用耦合模型和指標對農業和旅游業進行了分析，結合烏魯木齊市的發展實際，以2016—2022年烏魯木齊市截面數據進行耦合度和協調的比較，并根據測算結果進行歸類分析。結果表明：烏魯木齊市這2個產業子系統的耦合協調程度還處于初級階段，農旅融合缺乏深度，旅游產品單一，資金投入不足等，阻礙了地方經濟的可持續發展和旅游業競爭力的提升。針對烏魯木齊市農旅融合問題，需要提高旅游產品多樣性和創新性，提升農業技術水平和服務水平，增加資金投入和加強統一管理等，實現農業和旅游業之間的協調發展，推動農旅融合深度融合。

An Empirical Study on Promoting Win-Win Integration of Agriculture and Tourism in Urumqi City

Abstract The synergistic coupling development of tourism and agriculture is an important channel to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy， which points out the development direction for the development of rural economy.In studying the mutual synergistic development of tourism and agriculture， based on the review of domestic and foreign literature， the coupling model and indicators were used to analyze the agriculture and tourism industries， combined with the actual development of Urumqi City， and the comparison of the coupling degree and coordination was carried out with the cross-section data of Urumqi City for the years of 2016-2022， and categorized and analyzed based on the results of the measurements.The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination of these two industrial subsystems in Urumqi City is still in the primary stage， and the lack of depth in the integration of agriculture and tourism， the single tourism product， and the insufficient capital investment hinder the sustainable development of the local economy and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the tourism industry.To address the problem of agricultural and tourism integration in Urumqi City， it is necessary to improve the diversity and innovativeness of tourism products， enhance the level of agricultural technology and services， and strengthen capital investment and unified management， etc.， so as to realize the coordinated development between agriculture and tourism， and to promote the in-depth integration of agricultural and tourism integration.

哈肯耦合（Haken Coupling）于2005年提出，主要用于描述具有不同自由度的系統之間的相互作用，其思想是將一個具有較多自由度系統分解成為若干個子系統，每個子系統具有一定的自由度，子系統之間通過某種方式相互耦合^［1］。

農業和旅游業之間的耦合關系日益受到關注，農業為旅游業提供物質基礎，旅游業推動農業發展創新，尤其是新形式的鄉村旅游為農業和旅游業的融合提供了直接的途徑，使農業和旅游業可持續發展。……
