新農(nóng)科建設(shè)背景下地方應(yīng)用型本科院校園林專業(yè)耕讀教育模式創(chuàng)新研究

摘要 耕讀教育作為加強高校農(nóng)學相關(guān)專業(yè)勞動教育的重要載體，對培養(yǎng)地方應(yīng)用型本科院校學生強農(nóng)興農(nóng)的使命和知農(nóng)愛農(nóng)的情懷具有深遠意義，有利于當代大學生對耕讀傳家優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承。隨著新農(nóng)科建設(shè)的推進，地方應(yīng)用型本科院校在培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)實用技能型園林專業(yè)人才方面的作用日趨明顯。宿遷學院園林系通過優(yōu)化頂層設(shè)計推動制度建設(shè)，開展園林專業(yè)“1+1+3+3”耕讀教育模式創(chuàng)新探索與實踐，共建耕讀教育實踐基地等舉措強化了園林專業(yè)耕讀教育成效。基于宿遷學院園林專業(yè)耕讀教育的內(nèi)涵建設(shè)，提出了其耕讀教育模式的建構(gòu)與創(chuàng)新，主要包括：依托多學科交叉融合，優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)目標和方案；打造“跨界整合”課程體系，更新教學方法；依托宿遷學院的產(chǎn)業(yè)學院（蘇花學院），實施專業(yè)特色發(fā)展；推動耕讀教育與社會實踐、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的有機融合；依托“蘇北”特色的勞動教育新模式，打造“沉浸式”育人格局。這些舉措建構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新了園林專業(yè)耕讀教育模式，促進了學生的實踐能力、創(chuàng)新思維、社會責任感和綜合素質(zhì)的提升，同時也為新農(nóng)科建設(shè)背景下其他地方應(yīng)用型本科院校園林專業(yè)耕讀教育提供了借鑒。

Innovative Research on the Farming-reading Education Model of Landscape Architecture in Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges Under the Background of New Agricultural Science Construction—Taking Suqian University as an Example

Abstract Farming and reading education， as an important carrier for strengthening labor education in agricultural related majors in universities， has profound significance in cultivating the mission of strengthening agriculture and promoting agriculture among local application-oriented undergraduate students and their love for agriculture. It is beneficial for contemporary college students to inherit the excellent traditional culture of farming and reading inheritance. With the advancement of the new agricultural science construction， the role of local applied undergraduate colleges in cultivating high-quality practical and skilled landscape professionals is becoming increasingly evident. The Department of Landscape Architecture at Suqian University has strengthened the effectiveness of landscape education by optimizing top-level design to promote institutional construction， conducting innovative exploration and practice of the “1+1+3+3” farming and reading education model in the field of landscape architecture， and jointly building a farming and reading education practice base. Based on the connotation construction of cultivation education in the landscape architecture major of Suqian University， this paper proposes the construction and innovation of its cultivation education model， mainly including： relying on interdisciplinary integration to optimize talent cultivation goals and plans;creating a “cross-border integration” curriculum system and update teaching methods;relying on the Industrial College of Suqian University （Suhua College） to implement professional characteristic development;promoting the organic integration of farming and reading education with social practice， innovation and entrepreneurship;relying on the new model of labor education with the characteristics of “northern Jiangsu”， we aim to create an “immersive” education pattern. These measures have constructed and innovated the cultivation and reading education mode of landscape architecture majors， promoted the improvement of students’ practical ability， innovative thinking， social responsibility， and comprehensive quality. At the same time， they have also provided reference for the cultivation and reading education of landscape architecture majors in other applied undergraduate colleges and universities under the background of the new agricultural science construction.
