摘要 以宜春學院農學專業校地合作服務鄉村振興為契機,以農學專業本科生創新創業能力的培養為研究對象,通過明確農學專業創新創業教育的目的、完善課程體系、加強專業師資隊伍創新創業能力的建設、強化專業實踐基地運行機制建設、優化農學專業實踐創新創業能力考核指標等措施,提高農學專業本科生的創新創業能力,制定農學專業本科生人才培養模式,旨在為農學專業本科生人才培養模式的改革提供參考。

Exploration on Improving the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Agricultural College Students in the Context of Rural Revitalization—Taking Yichun University as an Example

Abstract Taking the school-local cooperation of the agricultural major of Yichun University to service rural revitalization as the starting point,with the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of undergraduate students in agriculture major as the research object,the measures were taken such as clarifying the purpose of innovation and entrepreneurship education in agriculture major,improving the curriculum system,strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship ability construction of professional teaching staff,strengthening the operation mechanism construction of practical bases,and optimizing assessment indicators of practice innovation and entrepreneurship ability in agriculture major,to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of undergraduate students in agriculture major and formulate the cultivation model of agricultural undergraduates,so as to provide references for the reform of talent cultivation mode for undergraduate students in agriculture major.

黨的二十大報告指出:全面推進鄉村振興,加快建設農業強國,扎實推動鄉村產業、人才、文化、生態、組織振興。鄉村振興戰略離不開人才的支撐。鄉村振興戰略的提出不僅為人才發展提供了良好平臺和空間,而且為創新創業人才積極投入到鄉村振興建設打下了基礎。地方應用型高校農學專業是培養鄉村振興人才的搖籃,在鄉村振興中具有重要的作用[1]。應用型高校緊緊圍繞“為黨育人、為國育才”的目標,全面提高人才培養質量,助力鄉村振興戰略的深入實施,為推動國家經濟高質量發展注入新動力、釋放新活力[2-3]。為了培養出具有良好創新創業能力的農學專業本科生,制定行之有效的教學方案、實踐方案、課程建設、基地建設等內容是高校培養服務鄉村振興人才的必要途徑[4-5]。……
