




摘要 以廣東省恩平市主栽馬鈴薯品種之一祚實(shí)1號(hào)原種合格脫毒種薯為材料,采用隨機(jī)區(qū)組設(shè)計(jì),研究有機(jī)無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)混肥對(duì)馬鈴薯產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響,旨在為該地區(qū)馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)中合理施用有機(jī)無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)混肥提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,T3 處理具有顯著的增產(chǎn)效益,可保障馬鈴薯塊莖品質(zhì),商品薯率最高,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益亦最高;且該處理偏生產(chǎn)力(119.85 kg/kg)和農(nóng)學(xué)效率(67.10 kg/kg)均為最高。綜合考慮馬鈴薯產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)、肥料利用率及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,推薦在冬作馬鈴薯生產(chǎn)中,施用 900 kg/hm2有機(jī)無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)混肥料作為適宜的施肥方案。

Effect of the Amount of Organic Inorganic Compound Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Winter Potatoes

Abstract Using Zuoshi No.1, one of the main potato varieties cultivated in Enping City,
Guangdong Province, as the material,a randomized block design was used to study the effects of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on potato yield, quality, etc. The aim was to provide theoretical basis for the rational use of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer in winter potato production in this area. The results showed that T3 treatment had significant yield increasing benefits, could ensure the quality of potato tubers, had the highest commercial potato rate, and the highest economic benefits;and the partial productivity (119.84 kg/kg) and agronomic efficiency (67.10 kg/kg) of this treatment were both the highest.Taking into account potato yield, quality, fertilizer utilization rate, and economic benefits, it is recommended that 900 kg/hm2 of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer be applied as a suitable fertilization scheme for winter potato production.

馬鈴薯(Solanum tuberosum L)是一種重要的糧食、飼料、加工等多用途作物,也是我國(guó)重要的戰(zhàn)略性資源,其因營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值豐富而獲得“營(yíng)養(yǎng)之王”的美譽(yù),同時(shí)也被譽(yù)為21世紀(jì)我國(guó)最有發(fā)展前景的高產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)作物之一[1]。提高馬鈴薯產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)對(duì)增強(qiáng)全球糧食安全和人類健康具有重要作用[2]。
