








摘要 選擇市面上常見的7種殺螨劑對鐵線蓮上二斑葉螨進行毒力測定。利用玻片浸漬法、葉片殘毒法和盆栽毒力測定分別對二斑葉螨卵、成螨及盆栽鐵線蓮上的葉螨種群進行了毒力測定。對卵和成螨的毒力測定結果顯示,除治效果由高到低依次為苦參堿、阿維噠螨靈、丁氟螨酯、聯肼乙螨唑、阿維乙螨唑、螺螨酯和聯苯肼酯。盆栽毒力測定顯示,各種殺螨劑的LC50值都比室內毒力測定值有所提高。通過與其他已有研究結果比對發現,鐵線蓮上二斑葉螨的LC50值較高,表明在鐵線蓮上定殖的二斑葉螨對農藥的耐受性更高。研究結果可為鐵線蓮上二斑葉螨的化學防治提供一定理論參考。

Toxicity Test of Seven Acaricides on Tetranychus urticaris on Clematis

Abstract Seven acaricides were selected in the toxicity test on Tetranychus urticaris that break out on Clematis L.. Slide impregnation, leaf disk and toxicity test on pot were applied respectively for eggs, female adults and single population on plant in toxicity test. Results indicated that the order of curative effect from good to bad was matrine, abamectin+pyridaben, buflomedin, bifenazate+etoxazole, abamectin+etoxazole, spirodiclofen and bifenazate. Toxicity test on pot showed that the LC50 value were higher than that in slide impregnation and leaf disk test. Morever, the LC50 values that we obtained in this study were higher than previously reported LC50 values of T. urticaris that live on other plants which indicated that T. urticaria colonized on Clematis L. had higher tolerance to pesticides. This study would be helpful in providing theoretical basis for T. urticaria chemical control.
