1例土雞禽白血病病毒與馬立克病病毒混合感染診斷與分析

摘要 ［目的］對安徽某土雞場送檢的疑似腫瘤病的病料進行鑒定。［方法］采集病死雞的肝臟，提取病毒DNA，根據Genbank已登錄的基因序列設計引物，通過PCR檢測，對擴增出的ALV env與MDV meq基因序列進行測序和序列分析。［結果］檢測到禽白血病和馬立克目的條帶，序列比對結果發現，禽白血病病毒為J亞群，馬立克為野毒強毒株。［結論］研究結果為了解該地區禽白血病和馬立克混合感染情況提供了參考數據。

Diagnosis and Analysis of a Case of Mixed Infection ALV and MDV from Home-kept Chicken

Abstract ［Objective］To identify samples of suspected tumor disease from a local chicken farm in Anhui Province.［Method］The chicken liver was collected and the virus DNA was extracted.The primers were designed according to the sequence of ALV and MDV that GenBank had registered.The ALV env and MDV meq gene were detected by PCR.The amplified sequence was sequenced and analyzed by evolutionary tree and nucleotide homology.［Result］Detected bands of ALV and MD， and sequence alignment results showed that ALV belongs to subgroup J， while MD is a strong wild virus strain.［Conclusion］This study provided reference data for understanding the mixed infection situation of ALV and MDV in the area.

目前，引起家禽傳染性腫瘤病主要有2種，即禽白血病毒引起禽白血病（avian leukosis，AL）和皰疹病毒引起的馬立克氏病（Marek’s disease，MD）［1-2］。禽白血病病原為反轉錄病毒禽白血病病毒，它能引起禽免疫抑制，發生多種腫瘤，是國家明確提出雞場必須凈化的疫病之一［3-6］。馬立克氏病是由馬立克氏病病毒引起的一種淋巴組織增生性疾病，近年來出現接種了疫苗但仍有MD發病的現象，臨床上發病病理變化不典型［7］。這2種疫病都可使蛋雞的產能降低，會造成雞群不可逆性病變和死亡，是影響雞場經濟效益的重要疾病。

2023年9月，安徽某土雞場雞群從90日齡出現發病癥狀，連續發病近30 d，雞群不斷死亡，經臨床癥狀、剖檢變化、分子生物學診斷等方法將該病例確診為禽白血病與馬立克氏病混合感染，筆者對此進行了診斷與分析。……
