



摘要 [目的]研究斯氏珀蝽后胸臭腺分泌物的化學成分及在雌雄性別間的差異。[方法]采用固相微萃取裝置偶聯氣相色譜質譜聯用儀(GC-MS)分別對斯氏珀蝽雌蟲和雄蟲的后胸臭腺分泌物的化學成分進行測定和分析。[結果]斯氏珀蝽后胸臭腺分泌物中共有38種化合物。其中,雌蟲后胸臭腺分泌物中檢測到35種化合物,雄蟲后胸臭腺分泌物中檢測到19種化合物;雌蟲與雄蟲的共有化合物共16種,僅存在于雌蟲中的化合物有19種,僅存在于雄蟲中的化合物有3種。[結論]斯氏珀蝽雌蟲與雄蟲的后胸臭腺分泌物在化合物種類上存在較大差異,雌蟲后胸臭腺分泌物的化學組成比雄蟲更加復雜,這可能與雌蟲后胸臭腺分泌物具有更加復雜的生理、生態學功能有關。

Study on the Odor Gland Secretions of Plautia stali Metathorax

Abstract [Objective]To study the chemical composition and differences between male and female odor gland secretions of Plautia stali metathorax.[Method]A solid-phase microextraction device coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to determine and analyze the chemical composition of the metathorax odor gland secretions of the female and male insects of Plautia stali.[Result]There were a total of 38 compounds in the metathorax odor gland secretions of Plautia stali.Among them,35 compounds were detected in the metathorax odor gland secretions of the females,and 19 compounds were detected in the metathorax odor gland secretions of the males.There were a total of 16 compounds shared between females and males,with 19 compounds only present in females and 3 compounds only present in males.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in the types of compounds in the metathorax odor gland secretions between females and males of Plautia stali.The chemical composition of the metathorax odor gland secretions in females was more complex than that in males,which may be related to the more complex physiological and ecological functions of the metathorax odor gland secretions in females.
