摘要:以保護手作文化、提升用戶體驗感為目的,設(shè)計出一套適用于手作主題展覽的服務(wù)設(shè)計策略。以手作主題展覽為研究對象,探索新時代線上線下融合辦展的新方式,通過對手作主題展覽的相關(guān)理論梳理、案例分析,對其現(xiàn)狀、難點及成因進行歸納分析。以提升用戶觀展體驗為出發(fā)點,使用服務(wù)設(shè)計方法與模式,最終以交互式移動應(yīng)用為載體形成一套可行的服務(wù)設(shè)計模型。基于當(dāng)前手作主題展覽的現(xiàn)狀分析,設(shè)計出了一套適用于手作主題展覽的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)與移動應(yīng)用。本文總結(jié)出的設(shè)計策略為面向手作主題展覽的服務(wù)設(shè)計與移動應(yīng)用設(shè)計提供了可行性的參考與思路。有助于優(yōu)化展覽的呈現(xiàn)形式,增強觀眾與展覽的聯(lián)結(jié),擴大了信息傳遞的維度,促進了展覽信息的有效傳播。

Abstract:In order to protect the handicraft culture and enhance the sense of user experience,a set of service design strategy suitable for the theme exhibition of the handicraft is designed. Taking the hand-made theme exhibition as the research object,this paper explores a new way of online and offline integration of exhibitions in the new era,and summarizes and analyzes its current situation,difficulties and causes through the relevant theories and case analysis of the hand-made theme exhibition. To improve the user experience of the exhibition as the starting point, using service design methods and patterns,and finally forming a set of feasible service design model with interactive mobile applications as the carrier. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the exhibition,a set of service system and mobile application suitable for the exhibition is designed.The design strategy summarized in this paper provides a feasible reference and thought for the service design and mobile application design of the hand-themed exhibition. It is helpful to optimize the presentation form of the exhibition,strengthen the connection between the audience and the exhibition,expand the dimension of information transmission,and promote the effective dissemination of the exhibition information.

體驗經(jīng)濟時代背景下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為公眾獲取信息渠道的拓寬提供了可能,人們渴望相互的文化交流,而非單一的信息輸入,傳統(tǒng)的被動信息接收模式不再能夠滿足當(dāng)前用戶的觀展需求。展覽的未來職能是為公眾構(gòu)建一個文化交流的空間,讓其能夠主動參與其中,融入整個展覽系統(tǒng),將被動、單向信息接收的觀展方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹鲃印⒔换サ某两襟w驗觀展。由于展覽服務(wù)系統(tǒng)是以參觀者為目標受眾的,所以研究參觀者出發(fā)前的信息查看、計劃制訂、展覽參觀、體驗參與、結(jié)束后的紀念品購買等整個服務(wù)系統(tǒng)流程,都是為了明確用戶目標,達到更好服務(wù)展覽的目的。……
