

摘要" [目的]了解湛江市某水產養殖場患病羅非魚病原菌攜帶毒力基因情況。[方法]從10尾患病羅非魚心臟、腸道、脾、肝臟等器官分離細菌,提取分離純化細菌的總DNA,PCR擴增16S rDNA基因后經過基因測序鑒定細菌,并利用PCR技術檢測分離菌株的毒力基因。[結果]從羅非魚內臟中分離的細菌為華納葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌和糞腸球菌,在毒力基因檢測中發現華納葡萄球菌攜帶毒力基因gap,大腸桿菌攜帶毒力基因pap、afa,糞腸球菌攜帶毒力基因efaA、cylM、cylB。[結論]該研究結果可為湛江地區羅非魚細菌性疾病防控提供理論依據。

Isolation, Identification and Virulence Gene Detection of Pathogenic Bacteria from Tilapia in Zhanjiang Area

Abstract" [Objective] In order to understand the virulence genes carried by the pathogenic bacteria of diseased tilapia in an aquaculture farm in Zhanjiang City. [Method] The experiment isolated bacteria from 10 diseased tilapia organs such as heart, intestine, spleen, liver, etc., and the total DNA of bacteria was extracted and purified. After PCR amplification of 16S rDNA gene, the bacteria were identified by gene sequencing, and the virulence genes of the isolated strains were detected by PCR technology. [Result] The results showed that the bacteria isolated from tilapia viscera were Staphylococcus warneri, Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis. In the virulence gene detection, it was found that Staphylococcus warneri carried the virulence gene gap;Escherichia coli carried the virulence genes pap and afa;Enterococcus faecalis carried the virulence genes efaA, cylM, and cylB. [Conclusion] The research results can provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases of tilapia in Zhanjiang area.

水產養殖業是獲得動物蛋白的重要來源之一,水生動物中含有多種必需氨基酸和高度不飽和脂肪酸[1]。羅非魚具有生長快、繁殖力強、食性雜、病害少、抗病力強、適應性強、肉質厚、骨刺少等特點,而且含有豐富的不飽和脂肪酸,是我國水產養殖中的一個重要品種[2]。水產養殖對產量的過高追求往往導致養殖密度過高,超出了水體的承載能力,從而導致養殖環境惡化,羅非魚的病害發生率明顯增加[3]。……
