鄉村振興背景下農業現代化的內涵及實現路徑

摘 "要：自新中國成立以來，隨著農業生產力綜合水平的不斷提高以及人們對于農業生產認識的不斷深化，農業現代化這一概念的內涵也在不斷地更新發展。通過總結目前鄉村振興背景下農業現代化內涵的全新發展，可以得出新內涵下對于實現農業現代化的新要求，即在進一步提高農業生產力綜合水平以及農業的社會經濟效益的同時，兼顧生態和資源環境問題。為達到以上要求，應從農業的生產體系、產業體系和經營體系3個基本角度出發制定切實可行，并且卓有成效的方案和政策。

Abstract： Since the founding of New China， with the continuous improvement of the comprehensive level of agricultural productivity and the deepening of people's understanding of agricultural production， the connotation of the concept of agricultural modernization has been constantly updated and developed. By summarizing the new development of the connotation of agricultural modernization under the background of rural revitalization， we can draw new requirements for the realization of agricultural modernization under the new connotation， that is， while further improving the comprehensive level of agricultural productive forces and the social and economic benefits of agriculture， give consideration to the problems of ecology， resources and environment. In order to meet the above requirements， feasible and effective programs and policies should be formulated from the three basic angles of agricultural production system， industrial system and management system.

對于擁有龐大人口數量和悠久農耕文明的中國而言，農業既是廣大人民的衣食之源，又是國民經濟發展的根本基石。為了推動農業發展，黨和政府始終致力于農業現代化建設的探索，在取得了一系列重要成就的同時，也不斷更新、豐富著農業現代化的內涵。當前，踏足在“十四五”新征程的起始時期，我國的鄉村振興事業由謀篇布局進入了具體實施階段，農業也正處于突破科技桎梏，實現轉型發展的攻堅階段。如何正確理解鄉村振興背景下農業現代化內涵的新發展，是找到農業現代化建設新的發展方向，進一步提高我國農業現代化水平的關鍵所在。為此，應當以比較分析目前鄉村振興背景下農業現代化內涵與以往的不同之處作為切入點，來探究新內涵下對于農業現代化建設的新要求，進而力圖尋找到鄉村振興背景下農業現代化的實現路徑?！?br>
