摘要:體育教學(xué)作為學(xué)校教育的重要組成部分,在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)能力的過程中被視為最直接有力的方式,從而對體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提出了一系列新要求。在新時代背景下,為了促進(jìn)體育教師核心素養(yǎng)能力的提升,本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、歸納推理法等方法對體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)體育教師的核心素養(yǎng)主要包括:職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)知識與技能素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新素養(yǎng),在核心素養(yǎng)導(dǎo)向下體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展面臨著傳統(tǒng)的體育教學(xué)理念、模式難以打破;高速發(fā)展的信息化時代核心素養(yǎng)不足;體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的外部保障缺失等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。由此對體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提出新發(fā)展路徑:全面理解核心素養(yǎng),突破傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)觀念;合理利用信息技術(shù),優(yōu)化教師專業(yè)能力;拓寬培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),強(qiáng)化專業(yè)發(fā)展保障。

A study on the professional development of physical education teachers based on core literacy orientation

Abstract: Physical education teaching, as an important part of school education, is regarded as the most direct and powerful way in the process of developing students' core literacy competencies, thus putting forward a series of new requirements for physical education teachers' professional development. In the background of the new era, in order to promote the core literacy ability of physical education teachers, this paper adopts literature method and inductive reasoning method to study the professional development of physical education teachers, and it is found that the core literacy of physical education teachers mainly includes: professional ethical literacy, professional knowledge and skills literacy, and innovation literacy, and the professional development of physical education teachers under the guidance of core literacy is faced with the traditional physical education teaching concept, model It is difficult to break the traditional teaching philosophy and model of physical education; the lack of core literacy in the era of rapid development of information technology; and the lack of external guarantee for the professional development of physical education teachers. Thus, new development paths are proposed for PE teachers' professional development: comprehensive understanding of core literacy, breaking through traditional teaching concepts; rational use of information technology, optimizing teachers' professional competence; broadening training and learning, and strengthening professional development guarantees.

教師是教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是提高教育質(zhì)量、辦好人民滿意教育的關(guān)鍵[1]。學(xué)校體育教育不斷深化改革,逐步踐行立德樹人的根本任務(wù)。學(xué)生能夠在體育課程的學(xué)習(xí)過程感受樂趣、增強(qiáng)體魄、培養(yǎng)品格、鍛煉意志,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身體與心理全面健康發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)能力。教育部于2014年印發(fā)的《關(guān)于全面深化課程改革落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù)的意見》中提出,要研究制訂學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)體系,并依據(jù)該體系修訂課程方案和各學(xué)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從而正式啟動了我國基于核心素養(yǎng)的課程改革[2]。……
