摘要:本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等科研方法對(duì)核心素養(yǎng)背景下的中學(xué)體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出優(yōu)化策略,以期為提升中學(xué)體育教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提供一定的理論參考,進(jìn)而為為科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)體育教師教學(xué)實(shí)踐,服務(wù)于培養(yǎng)提高學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng)。核心素養(yǎng)背景下體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)在于聚焦核心素養(yǎng),提高認(rèn)知水平;全面審視自身發(fā)展,逆向思維彌補(bǔ)不足;惡補(bǔ)自身短板,緊跟信息發(fā)展;拓寬專業(yè)提升策略,齊心協(xié)力共謀發(fā)展;打破學(xué)科壁壘,解決教師后顧之憂;增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新意識(shí),適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要等方面。

Abstract: This research analyzes the professional development opportunities and challenges faced by middle school physical education teachers under the background of core literacy through literature, expert interview, logical analysis and other scientific research methods, and puts forward optimization strategies on this basis, with a view to providing a theoretical reference for improving the professional literacy of middle school physical education teachers, and then guiding the teaching practice of physical education teachers scientifically, It serves to cultivate and improve students' core literacy. Under the background of core literacy, the focus of PE teachers' professional development is to focus on core literacy and improve their cognitive level; Comprehensively examine their own development and reverse thinking to make up for deficiencies; Make up for your own shortcomings and keep up with information development; Broaden professional promotion strategies and work together for development; Break the discipline barrier and solve teachers' worries; Enhance the sense of innovation and adapt to the needs of social development.

學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)教育是當(dāng)代引領(lǐng)教育改革的第三次思潮,是“終身教育”,“全面教育”的有益補(bǔ)充和完善[1]。核心素養(yǎng)教育在國(guó)外有著豐富的成功實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),日本的中小學(xué)核心素養(yǎng)教育就具有良好的代表性,并且研究也發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)學(xué)者受此啟發(fā)較大,科研成果也較為豐富[2]。基于此背景下如何進(jìn)一步科學(xué)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的體育核心素養(yǎng),筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)廣泛吸收和借鑒前人的研究成果,充分思考本學(xué)科建設(shè),挖掘體育學(xué)科獨(dú)特的素養(yǎng)價(jià)值,既理清體育核心素養(yǎng)的價(jià)值和內(nèi)涵。另外,提高體育教師自身的核心素養(yǎng)以及完善體育課程的改革和實(shí)踐,如何有效的改革現(xiàn)有的傳統(tǒng)體育教師專業(yè)建設(shè),面臨哪些挑戰(zhàn),后期如何發(fā)展,教育行政部門、學(xué)校和一線體育教師的定位和職責(zé),以及在具體實(shí)踐中各相關(guān)部門的分工和配合都是需要亟待解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,只有體育教師隊(duì)伍做到思想統(tǒng)一、行動(dòng)明確,學(xué)生體育核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)才會(huì)健康、快速科學(xué)發(fā)展。……
