校園排球發展的機遇、問題及其發展模式研究

摘 要：校園排球是實施“三大球”全面振興戰略、落實體教融合意見的重要內容，是新時代學校體育工作的重點，振興和發展校園排球需要關注其發展過程中出現的問題。本研究依據“三大球”振興、“體教融合”背景下校園排球的發展機遇，梳理了校園排球發展過程中出現的主要問題及其影響因素，并提出校園排球今后的發展模式。研究認為，校園排球發展過程中主要存在發展理念模糊，發展模式不健全；教學、訓練、比賽設置科學性偏低；保障條件配比失衡，整體規劃不系統等主要問題，并受到外部社會環境和內部自身發展協同因素的影響。建議以轉變校園排球發展理念、構建民主科學治理體制、健全校園排球保障機制、革新校園排球培養模式為校園排球發展模式。

Research on the opportunities， problems and development mode of campus volleyball

Abstract：Campus volleyball is an important part of the implementation of the \"three big balls\" comprehensive revitalization strategy and the implementation of the integration of sports and education. It is the focus of school physical education in the new era. The revitalization and development of campus volleyball need to pay attention to the problems in its development process.Based on the development opportunities of campus volleyball under the background of \"three big balls\" revitalization and \"integration of sports and education\"， this study sorts out the main problems in the development process of campus volleyball and their influencing factors， and puts forward the development mode of campus volleyball in the future.According to the research， there are mainly the vague development concept， imperfect development mode， low scientific teaching， training and competition setting， the imbalance of guarantee conditions and incomplete overall planning， and they are affected by the external social environment and internal development coordination factors.It is suggested that the development mode of campus volleyball should change the campus volleyball development concept， construct the democratic and scientific governance system， improve the campus volleyball guarantee mechanism and innovate the campus volleyball training mode.

體育興，則國興。體育強，則國強。中華民族偉大復興中國夢的實現離不開體育強國的支撐。排球運動在群眾體育中有著較好的發展基礎，1981年中國男排在世界杯亞洲區資格賽上擊敗韓國隊，奪得世界杯入場券時，北大學子走上街頭，喊出了“團結起來，振興中華”的口號。之后中國女排的“五連冠”以及郎平執教的中國女排傳承和弘揚的女排精神更是鼓舞和激勵了幾代人，成為了時代精神的象征。但是在“金牌至上”理念、“田忌賽馬”策略的影響下，“三大球”項目整體處于弱勢地位[1]。國務院辦公廳印發關于《體育強國建設綱要》明確提出：“努力將體育建設成為中華民族偉大復興的標志性事業[2]。……
