文化傳承視域下的高校武術文化教育探討

摘要：武術作為我國優秀傳統文化的代表，在文化傳承方面發揮了重要作用。近年來，武術文化逐漸被推到社會發展的前臺，在高校中受到了廣泛關注。新時代背景下，高校作為培養人才的重要場所，肩負著為社會輸送合格人才的責任和使命，對武術文化的傳承和發揚尤為重要。現階段，一些高校對武術文化教育重視程度不夠，在教學過程中仍存在一些問題，影響了武術文化傳承和發揚。在新時代背景下，為了更好地傳承和弘揚中華優秀傳統文化，高校必須對武術文化教育予以充分重視。本文分析了高校武術文化教育傳承的意義，并提出了優化武術文化教育的有效策略。

Exploration of Martial Arts Culture Education in Universities from the Perspective of Cultural Heritage

Abstract： As a representative of China's excellent traditional culture， martial arts have played an important role in cultural inheritance. In recent years， martial arts culture has gradually been pushed to the forefront of social development and has received widespread attention in universities. In the context of the new era， universities， as important places for cultivating talents， shoulder the responsibility and mission of delivering qualified talents to society， and are particularly important for the inheritance and promotion of martial arts culture. At present， some universities do not attach enough importance to the education of martial arts culture， and there are still some problems in the teaching process， which affect the inheritance and promotion of martial arts culture. In the context of the new era， in order to better inherit and promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture， universities must fully attach importance to the education of martial arts culture. This article analyzes the significance of inheriting martial arts culture education in universities and proposes effective strategies for optimizing martial arts culture education.

文化傳承的根本是文化的傳播，高校作為文化傳播的重要載體，在對學生進行文化教育時，應該深入挖掘武術文化，傳承傳統文化。武術是我國的國粹之一，自產生以來，一直是我國人民健身和防身的重要手段，更是我國傳統文化傳播的重要途徑。高校作為傳承民族文化的重要陣地，應該在對學生進行文化教育時弘揚武術精神，讓學生在學習和掌握武術技能同時也能學習到中華傳統文化。通過對高校武術教學中融入中華傳統文化教育的探討，能夠促進中華優秀傳統文化得到傳承和發展。

1 高校武術文化教育傳承的意義

武術是中國的國粹，是中華民族文化中最具特色和魅力的一部分，蘊含著豐富的文化內涵。……
