摘 "要:在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的今天,高校特殊群體學(xué)生的心理問(wèn)題逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),并對(duì)學(xué)生們身體健康造成了一定的影響。為了使特殊群體學(xué)生的權(quán)利得到充分保障,需要針對(duì)這些學(xué)生改進(jìn)體育教學(xué)方案。方案的有效制定,需要結(jié)合高校特殊群體學(xué)生的體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀和學(xué)生心理問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)海南高校特殊群體學(xué)生體育現(xiàn)狀、心理特征的分析,提出了一系列關(guān)于體育課程開(kāi)展的優(yōu)化對(duì)策,例如:培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的終身體育意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新體育思維、完善相關(guān)體育評(píng)價(jià)體系等。

Exploring the Current Situation of Physical Education Curriculum Development for Special Group Students in Hainan Province's Universities

Abstract: In today's rapidly developing society and economy, the psychological problems of special groups of students in universities are gradually emerging, and have had a certain impact on their physical health. In order to fully protect the rights of special groups of students, it is necessary to improve physical education teaching plans for these students. The effective formulation of the plan needs to take into account the current situation of physical education teaching for special groups of students in universities and their psychological problems. This article analyzes the current situation and psychological characteristics of sports for special groups of students in Hainan universities, and proposes a series of optimization strategies for the development of sports courses, such as cultivating students' lifelong awareness of sports, innovating sports thinking, and improving the relevant sports evaluation system.

特殊群體學(xué)生,是指因先天或后天原因而造成身體機(jī)能或活動(dòng)能力局部受到損害的學(xué)生。他們的體育素質(zhì)低,鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)少,體育技能水平低。從心理上講,他們有一種抗拒體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的傾向,從而導(dǎo)致他們的個(gè)性愈加敏感,這對(duì)他們的身心發(fā)展造成很大的影響。在“因材施教、一視同仁”思想的指導(dǎo)下,高校要根據(jù)高校學(xué)生不同的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)體育課程的調(diào)整,使特殊群體學(xué)生也具備一定的運(yùn)動(dòng)技能,使其具有終生的體育意識(shí)和頑強(qiáng)的性格,這有利于提高高校特殊群體學(xué)生的生存質(zhì)量和社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。

大學(xué)生的個(gè)體、疾病、損傷狀況的差異,對(duì)其生理功能的影響也有一定的差異,體育活動(dòng)能力同樣差異較大。在高等院校中,那些特殊群體學(xué)生的行動(dòng)失調(diào)可以被劃分為三種類型,分別為“殘疾型”、“病癥型”以及“非病理型”?!?br>
