

摘要:近年來,大規(guī)模的在線開放課程等新型在線開放課程資源和平臺(tái)在國內(nèi)迅速興起,一方面,拓展了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)視野;另一方面,同樣促進(jìn)了課程的教學(xué)改革,教師需要在內(nèi)容和模式上不斷進(jìn)行探索,同時(shí)給職業(yè)院校教育教學(xué)改革帶來了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。本文旨在通過探索《體育競賽組織與編排》精品在線課程建設(shè)的路徑與方法,達(dá)到豐富教學(xué)形式與手段的目的,進(jìn)一步提升教師課程建設(shè)水平,提高課程質(zhì)量,切實(shí)提高課堂的教學(xué)效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)育人目標(biāo)。

Abstract: In recent years, large-scale online open courses and other new online open course resources and platforms have sprung up rapidly in China. On the one hand, they have expanded students' learning horizons; On the other hand, it also promotes the teaching reform of the curriculum. Teachers need to constantly explore the content and mode, and bring new opportunities and challenges to the education and teaching reform of vocational colleges. This paper aims to enrich teaching forms and means, further improve teachers' curriculum construction level, improve curriculum quality, effectively improve classroom teaching effect, and achieve the goal of educating people by exploring the path and method of the construction of high-quality online course \"Sports Competition Organization and Arrangement\".

2015年,教育部發(fā)布了關(guān)于加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校在線開放課程建設(shè)應(yīng)用與管理的意見,指出促進(jìn)在線開放課程廣泛應(yīng)用。鼓勵(lì)高校結(jié)合本校人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和需求,通過在線學(xué)習(xí)、在線學(xué)習(xí)與課堂教學(xué)相結(jié)合等多種方式應(yīng)用在線開放課程,不斷創(chuàng)新校內(nèi)、校際課程共享與應(yīng)用模式[1]。精品課程建設(shè)從某種意義上而言,有效地推動(dòng)了教學(xué)資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)共享,以及提高了高校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量[2]。隨著信息技術(shù)不斷革新、課程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)逐漸規(guī)范,師生參與效果顯著提升,高職精品在線開放課程將成為教師線上教學(xué)的強(qiáng)力保障[3]。
1 課程建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)
1. 1 教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)基礎(chǔ)
目前本課程團(tuán)隊(duì)教師共10名,其中校內(nèi)專任9名,都取得相應(yīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的裁判員等級證書,企業(yè)兼職教師1名,全部為體育相關(guān)專業(yè),教學(xué)隊(duì)伍的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)合理。本課程團(tuán)隊(duì)副高及以上職稱2人,講師6人,教師職稱結(jié)構(gòu)合理,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)合理,同時(shí)以碩士研究生為主,有較強(qiáng)的科學(xué)研究和進(jìn)行課程改革的科研能力。……
