



摘要:目前農村留守兒童群體健康成長越來越被重視,為了提高農村留守兒童心理健康水平,采用實驗法等研究方法,以永順縣某小學四年級40名農村留守兒童為實驗對象,探討籃球運動對農村留守兒童自我意識的影響,實驗結果表明實驗后兩組實驗對象的自我意識各維度得分較干預前自我意識得分均得到明顯改善,說明體育活動可有效促進農村留守兒童自我意識的提升,但是進一步分析發現實驗組自我意識各維度得分明顯高于對照組(P值均lt;0.05),結論:籃球運動對于提升農村留守兒童自我意識得分,促進心理健康具有明顯效果。

An Empirical Study on The Improvement of Self-Consciousness of Rural Left-Behind Children

Abstract: In order to promote the mental health level of rural left-behind children, experimental methods and other research methods were adopted. 40 rural left-behind children in the fourth grade of a primary school in Yongshun County were taken as experimental objects. To explore the influence of basketball on the self-awareness of rural left-behind children, the experimental results show that after the experiment, the scores of the two groups of subjects in all dimensions of self-awareness are significantly improved compared with the scores before intervention, indicating that sports activities can promote the improvement of rural left-behind children's self-awareness. However, further analysis found that the scores of self-awareness in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P lt;0.05), indicating that basketball has an obvious effect on improving the scores of self-awareness of rural left-behind children.
