

摘要:隨著互聯網的普及,網絡零售渠道與實體零售渠道逐漸趨于協同化、一體化。在雙渠道零售模式下,在線評論對線上消費者購買的影響日益顯著。考慮在線評論的供應鏈決策成為雙渠道供應鏈研究中的重要問題。為了探究在線評論對雙渠道供應鏈決策的影響,文章在分析在線評論作用的基礎上,建立了考慮在線評論的供應鏈決策模型。在分散決策情形下,探討了考慮在線評論的供應鏈決策能否帶來更優的效果。研究結論在基于在線評論的雙渠道管理和決策優化等應用方面具有一定指導意義。

Abstract: With the popularity of the Internet,online retail channels and physical retail channels gradually tend to become synergistic and integrated. In the dual-channel retail model,the impact of online reviews on online consumer purchase is becoming increasingly significant. Supply chain decision-making considering online reviews becomes an important issue in dual-channel supply chain research.In order to explore the influence of online reviewws on dual-channel supply chain decision-making,the paper establishes a supply chain decision model considering online reviews on the basis of analyzing the role of online reviews.In the case of split decision,we discuss whether the supply chain decision considering online comments can bring better results.The research conclusions have some guiding significance in the application of dual-channel management and decision optimization based on online comments.

在線評論對商品價格形成了一定的影響規律,正面的在線評論能夠吸引更多消費者購買產品,為網絡零售帶來更多銷量,負面在線評論會對銷量產生負面影響H。……
