基于非剛性連接的成品油管道應(yīng)急搶修技術(shù)研究

摘要：近幾年，成品油管道破損、泄漏事故不斷增多，在應(yīng)急情況下快速修復(fù)受損成品油管道，確保當(dāng)前供油需求非常有必要，并可為后續(xù)換管修復(fù)贏取足夠的時(shí)間。文章梳理了成品油管道安全問題的成因，指出了非剛性連接管道應(yīng)用于成品油管道應(yīng)急搶修的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，分析了利用非剛性連接管道搶修存在的問題，針對(duì)兩種管道在技術(shù)參數(shù)上的差異提出了應(yīng)對(duì)措施，對(duì)解決應(yīng)急搶修的技術(shù)問題具有參考價(jià)值。

Abstract： In recent years，the number of accidents of refined oil pipelines has been increasing.Therefore， it is necessary to quickly repair damaged refined oil pipelines in emergency situations to ensure current oil supply needs，which can gain enough time for subsequent tube change repairs.This paper analyzes the cause of refined oil pipeline safety problem， points out the advantages of non-rigid connection used in emergency repair of refined oil pipelines， and then analyzes the problems existing in emergency repair after the application of non-rigid connection pipeline. In view of the difference in technical parameters of the two kinds of pipelines，the countermeasures are put forward，which has reference value for solving the technical problems of emergency repair.

伴隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和管道技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，我國成品油管道建設(shè)步入了快車道“。在成品油管道里程快速增長的同時(shí)，自然災(zāi)害、管子腐蝕和人為破壞等各種原因引發(fā)的管道破損、泄漏事故也不斷增多。成品油管道泄漏不僅給國家造成一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，更對(duì)管道沿線地區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境和人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)構(gòu)成一定威脅，必須采取高效可靠的管道搶修辦法，快速恢復(fù)正常輸油。換管修復(fù)可以一次性解決成品油管道受損管段存在的問題，但在換管前需進(jìn)行沙土掩埋、降低油蒸汽濃度、管道對(duì)口等，工作量大且耗時(shí)較長，顯然與應(yīng)急搶修的要求不相符。相較而言，非剛性連接管道鋪設(shè)快速、對(duì)接方便、操作安全，將其應(yīng)用于成品油管道的應(yīng)急搶修，可快速修復(fù)受損成品油管道，確保滿足當(dāng)前供油需要，并為后續(xù)換管修復(fù)贏取足夠的時(shí)間。……
