


摘要:本研究采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,以南京理工大學(xué)為具體案例對高校師生關(guān)于學(xué)校開展傳統(tǒng)體育現(xiàn)狀進行實證研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)體育課程設(shè)置缺乏體系、教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)不高、體育器材、教材不完善以及教學(xué)內(nèi)容枯燥、教學(xué)模式刻板是高校開展民族傳統(tǒng)體育的主要困境,傳統(tǒng)體育進高校要遵循健身性、可操作性、創(chuàng)新性和系統(tǒng)性4個原則,本文從7個角度提出解決困境的對策,為高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育的持久發(fā)展與全面普及搭建一個廣闊的平臺。

Research on the difficulties and countermeasures of developing Ethnic traditional physical education courses in colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province

Abstract: This study adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, taking Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a specific case to carry out an empirical study on the current situation of traditional physical education between teachers and students in colleges and universities. The study found that the lack of system of physical education curriculum, teachers' professional quality is not high, sports equipment, teaching materials are not perfect and the teaching content is boring, the teaching model is rigid The main dilemma of carrying out ethnic traditional sports, traditional sports into colleges and universities to follow the fitness, operability, innovation and systematic four principles, this paper from seven perspectives proposed solutions to the dilemma, for the sustained development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities and comprehensive popularization to build a broad platform.

民族傳統(tǒng)體育是指在一個或多個民族內(nèi)部流傳或繼承的用于各民族祛病、健身及娛樂為目的體育活動[1],這類運動富含文化性、地域性、娛樂性、教育性、健身性等特點。2018年印發(fā)的《關(guān)于進一步加強少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育工作的指導(dǎo)意見》中強調(diào):“整合高校教學(xué)科研資源,加強民族傳統(tǒng)體育學(xué)學(xué)科建設(shè)”[2]。高校具備豐富的人力、物力和財力資源,是我國傳統(tǒng)體育文化發(fā)展的重要陣地,高校開展傳統(tǒng)體育活動不僅可以豐富體育資源,還可以滿足學(xué)生的個性化需求和多元化教育。據(jù)記載民族傳統(tǒng)體育項目有 977 種,根據(jù)內(nèi)容形式大致分為競技類、健身養(yǎng)生類、娛樂三大類,高校開展的傳統(tǒng)體育活動僅有30項左右,只有部分學(xué)校開展武術(shù)、毽球、珍珠球、舞龍、舞獅和跳繩等個別項目,由此可見,國家雖出臺了一系列有關(guān)民族體育文化的扶植政策,但傳統(tǒng)體育項目在高校的發(fā)展仍處于邊緣化狀態(tài),很多優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)項目仍未被開發(fā)和規(guī)范。……
