




摘要:目的:從累積生態風險的角度,探析大學生體育參與機制,同時驗證運動承諾的中介效應,為提高大學生體育參與度提供理論支撐。方法:利用相關分析法、Bootstrap檢驗法和AMOS中介檢驗法,對隨機抽取的沈陽市922名大學生的問卷調查結果進行分析。結果:不同性別和生源地的大學生在累積生態風險、運動承諾和體育參與方面呈顯著性差異;累積生態風險與大學生體育參與的直接效應占比為38.41%,顯著負向預測大學生的體育參與;運動承諾的間接效應占比為61.59%,累積生態風險可以通過運動承諾間接影響大學生的體育參與。結論:我們應該為大學生提供良好的體育鍛煉物質環境和人際支持條件,加強對大學生運動承諾的引導,從而促進大學生的體育參與。

Research on the Mechanism of College Students' Sports Participation from the Perspective of Accumulated Ecological Risks

Objective: From the perspective of cumulative ecological risk, explore the mechanism of college students 'sports participation, verify the intermediary effect of sports commitment, and provide theoretical support for improving college students' sports participation. Methods: The questionnaire results of 922 college students in Shenyang were analyzed by related analysis, Bootstrap test and AMOS mediation test. Results: College students of different gender and origin showed significant differences in cumulative ecological risk, sports commitment and sports participation; the direct effect of cumulative ecological risk and sports participation was 38.41%, significantly negatively predicted sports participation; the indirect effect of sports commitment accounted for 61.59%, and the cumulative ecological risk can indirectly affect college students' sports participation through sports commitment. Conclusion: We should provide college students with good physical exercise material environment and interpersonal support conditions, strengthen the guidance of college students' sports commitment, so as to promote their participation in sports.

近年來,不少學者開始聚焦累積生態風險對大學生的影響,其中關注心理和體育運動方面居多,且主要側重于運動氛圍、自我效能感和自我控制等方面。
SCANLAN等把運動承諾 (sport commitment) 定義為“個體渴望和決心繼續參加體育運動的一種心理狀態”, 代表的是運動員堅持體育行為的一種主觀心理狀態[1]。洪婧婧(2022)在研究中證實了“運動承諾是維持鍛煉行為的有效保證”這一觀點[2]。但運動承諾從累積生態風險方面研究的較少,對其影響機制的證據積累仍顯不足。
因此,本研究選擇運動承諾作為中介變量,探討大學生體育參與的內在機制進一步明確累積生態風險和運動承諾對大學生體育參與的影響和作用機制,該研究對推動大學生的運動參與具有一定理論和實踐意義。……
