

摘要:本文對(duì)廣州市冰雪體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法。結(jié)果顯示:廣州市冰雪旅游業(yè)具有中心城市、堅(jiān)實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的群眾基礎(chǔ)的優(yōu)勢(shì),但也存在地理位置及基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的先天性不足、冰雪體育專(zhuān)業(yè)人才短缺和體旅宣傳及一體化建設(shè)不足的劣勢(shì)。對(duì)此提出了優(yōu)化冰雪產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng),提高冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)專(zhuān)業(yè)化、創(chuàng)新宣傳方式,形成冰雪體育旅游特色的策略。

Research on High Quality Development of Ice and Snow Sports Tourism Industry in Guangzhou under the Background of Sports Tourism Integration

Abstract: This paper researches the high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism industry in Guangzhou, using literature, field research and questionnaire survey methods. The results show that Guangzhou's ice and snow tourism industry has the advantages of being a central city, a solid economic foundation and a mass base for participation in sports, but also the disadvantages of an innate lack of geographical location and infrastructure, a shortage of ice and snow sports professionals and a lack of sports and tourism promotion and integration construction. In response, strategies are proposed to optimize the upgrading of the ice and snow industry, strengthen the introduction and training of professional talents, improve the specialization of ice and snow sports, and innovate the promotion methods to form the characteristics of ice and snow sports tourism.

近年來(lái),政府相關(guān)部門(mén)多次發(fā)布文件,鼓勵(lì)“體育+旅游”融合發(fā)展,明確提出大力發(fā)展體育旅游,加強(qiáng)競(jìng)賽表演、健身休閑與旅游活動(dòng)等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的相互融合[[1]]。《“健康中國(guó)2030”規(guī)劃綱要》出臺(tái)后,體育健身運(yùn)動(dòng)向著全民化、常態(tài)化、休閑化發(fā)展,在消費(fèi)升級(jí)、政策紅利等推動(dòng)下,體旅融合愈發(fā)受到重視并進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段[[2]]。
2022年1月,國(guó)家體育總局《報(bào)告》顯示,全國(guó)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)參與人數(shù)達(dá)到3.46億,實(shí)現(xiàn)了“三億人上冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)”的總體目標(biāo)。隨著2022北京冬奧會(huì)這一盛事的成功舉辦,冬奧會(huì)的圣火既點(diǎn)燃了火炬,又點(diǎn)燃了全國(guó)人民參與冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱情,在一定程度上帶動(dòng)了群眾性冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速發(fā)展,冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)逐漸成為全民參與的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目和旅游選擇。隨著《全國(guó)冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2016—2025年)》等一系列規(guī)劃和文件的出臺(tái)、“南展西擴(kuò)東進(jìn)”戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施,冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)“不進(jìn)山海關(guān)”已成為歷史。……
