文旅康養視角下高校社體專業人才培養的實施路徑

摘要：文旅康養作為新興產業之一，是文化和旅游產業、健康養生養老產業等多業態的融合，是城市產業健康轉型發展的新思路和結合地方特點的新舉措。高校社體專業學生畢業存在就業難、就業面窄的現狀。抓住文旅康養產業發展契機，努力向新政策、新方向發展，將是社體專業學生就業的新機遇。本文試從社體專業人才培養出發，討論大學四年學生學習方案，改變高校體育傳統上課模式，分析專業方向與文旅康養產業融合發展，同時提升高校教師隊伍的能力，展望學生畢業后就業方向及前景。從文旅康養視角下深度分析社體專業的人才培養構建，為高校社體專業人才發展提供新的思路，滿足高校、社會的需求。

The Implementation Path of College Social Sports Professional Talent Training From the Perspective of Culture Tourism and Health Care

Abstract： Culture， tourism and health care， as one of the emerging industries， is the integration of culture and tourism industry， health care and old-age care industry and other formats， and is a new idea for the healthy transformation and development of urban industries and a new measure combining local characteristics. The graduates of social sports major in colleges and universities have the current situation of difficult employment and narrow employment area. Grasping the development opportunity of cultural tourism and health care industry and striving to develop in new policies and new directions will be a new opportunity for social sports students to find employment. Starting from the cultivation of talents for social sports majors， this paper discusses the four-year college student learning plan， changes the traditional teaching mode of college sports， analyzes the integration of professional direction and culture， tourism and health care industry， improves the ability of college teachers， and looks forward to the employment direction and prospect of students after graduation. From the perspective of culture， tourism and health care， this paper deeply analyzes the cultivation and construction of social sports majors， provides new ideas for the development of social sports majors in colleges and universities， and meets the needs of universities and society.

前言：

文旅康養產業發展體現在構建以當地美食特色、山水民宿居住、低碳出行健步公路、傳統文化的發掘鑒賞、運動保健陶冶情操、養老康復促進健康等康養建設。其中，體育在其中的作用不可小覷。目前來看，文旅康養產業的大力發展為體育專業學生就業提供了新方向。保健、運動、健身、康復這些領域都是體育專業學生的強項。所在城市的康復醫院、康養小鎮、體育公司都需要專業人才。體現在運動方法指導、慢性疾病運動康復、保健按摩理療、養生功法健身、職業病運動康復等方面。這就要求學校人才培養模式要與時俱進，培養出更多對社會有用的技能型人才，符合應用型本科高校的辦學初衷。……
