


摘" 要:運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、實驗法、數理統計法等研究方法,對華東師范大學53名女大學生進行18周的瑜伽運動干預。研究結果表明:瑜伽對女大學自卑感、抑郁性、焦慮、強迫狀態、疑心病癥等情緒穩定性因子有非常顯著的影響,對負罪感的影響顯著,而對自主性的影響效果不顯著。說明瑜伽練習對女大學生情緒穩定性中的自卑感、抑郁性、焦慮、強迫狀態、疑心病癥五項情緒穩定性因子有所改善。瑜伽運動對改善女大學生情緒穩定性有積極的影響,是提高女大學生情緒穩定性的有效手段之一。

Experimental Research on the Effect of Yoga on Female College Students' Emotional Stability

Abstract: Using literature research methods, questionnaire survey methods, experimental methods, mathematical statistics methods and other methods, 53 female college students from East China Normal University took 18 weeks yoga exercise intervention. The results of the study show that yoga has a very significant impact on female colleges' emotional stability factors such as inferiority, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive states, and suspicious conditions. It has a significant impact on guilt and has no significant effect on autonomy. The results showed that yoga practice improved the emotional complexion of female college students, including inferiority, depression, anxiety, forced status and suspicious mood. Yoga exercise has a positive impact on improving the emotional stability of female college students and is one of the effective means to improve the emotional stability of female college students.

大學生隨著年齡的增長以及社會競爭力、壓力的增大,心理健康問題日益突出,據北京高校大學生心理素質研究課題組的報告顯示,有超過60%的大學生存在中度以上的心理問題,并且這個數字還在上升。劉連龍,胡明利(2007)研究發現:94.83%心理障礙者的情緒模式屬于不穩定型,88.42%心理非常健康者的情緒模式屬于穩定型[1]。情緒穩定性對大學生的心理健康狀況具有很強的預測作用。在有關大學生情緒穩定性的研究中,梁文艷(2023)提出大學女生情緒穩定性發展水平高于男生[2]。陳聘美(2003年)提出,女大學生與男大學生相比較而言,在自主性、強迫性以及自卑感方面存在顯著性差異,女大學生表現為自主性差、強迫性高以及自卑感強,情緒屬于不穩定人群,容易產生心理障礙[3]。肖靜凡等(2023年)提出短期正念訓練有助于提高青少年運動員的情緒穩定狀態。……
