中職汽修專業(yè)課程教學中現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究

摘 要：中職院校在培養(yǎng)汽修專業(yè)人才時現(xiàn)代學徒制是一種應用極為頻繁的教學方式，同時也是強化該專業(yè)學生群體實踐技能的一個有效途徑。對比于傳統(tǒng)教學來講，現(xiàn)代學徒制能夠更為有效的鍛煉學生主體實踐能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，并且對其后續(xù)參與崗位工作也有較強的促進作用。基于此，本文主要對中職汽修專業(yè)課程教學中現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式進行研究。

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents in the Teaching of Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Professional Courses

Abstract：When training auto repair professionals， modern apprenticeship is a teaching method that is frequently used in secondary vocational colleges， and it is also an effective way to strengthen the practical skills of students in this major. Compared with traditional teaching， the modern apprenticeship system can more effectively exercise students' practical ability and professional quality， and also has a strong role in promoting their subsequent participation in the post. Based on this， this paper mainly studies the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in the teaching of secondary vocational auto repair professional courses.

1 引言

隨著全民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，汽車已然變成一種常見出行工具，該發(fā)展局勢下，社會對于專業(yè)的汽修人才需求日漸增加，并且在企業(yè)發(fā)展影響下，對于該方面人才要求也有明顯提升。鑒于此，中職院校在培養(yǎng)汽修專業(yè)人才時需對綜合素養(yǎng)以及實踐能力增強高度重視，同時也要立足時代需求對人才培養(yǎng)模式進行完善和優(yōu)化，從而為社會輸送更多高質(zhì)量應用型人才。而現(xiàn)代學徒制的應用不僅能夠為中職學生提供更多實踐訓練機會，同時對汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展也有一定推動作用。但是，部分中職學校在應用該人才培養(yǎng)模式時仍會有一些常規(guī)性問題出現(xiàn)，以至于該模式效用一直未能發(fā)揮到預期狀態(tài)，所以為改善此弊端，汽修專業(yè)教師需結(jié)合時代需求以及教學目標對現(xiàn)代學徒制的有效應用展開實踐探索。

2 中職汽修專業(yè)課程教學中現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式應用意義

中職院校針對一些對實踐性要求較高的專業(yè)課程教學時常會對現(xiàn)代學徒制進行運用，該人才培養(yǎng)模式主要是通過院校與企業(yè)建立長久合作機制，利用“理實兼并”的模式來鍛煉學生群體綜合能力，從而使之能夠更好發(fā)展。……
