【摘? 要】油底殼作為自動變速器上非常重要的零部件,與變速器殼體之間的密封設計尤為關鍵。油底殼和變速器殼體結合面之間漏油是各汽車生產廠家面對的疑難問題,變速器油底殼漏油問題是由綜合性因素導致,必須進行系統性分析才能找到根本原因。文章通過某車型自動變速器油底殼漏油問題進行分析研究,并對裝配過程進行優化和改進,最終解決由于油底殼安裝螺栓扭矩衰減導致的漏油問題。

【Abstract】As a very important part of automatic transmission,the seal design between oil pan and transmission shell is particularly critical. Oil leakage between the oil pan and the joint surface of the gearbox shell is a difficult problem faced by various automobile manufacturers. The oil leakage problem of the gearbox oil pan is caused by comprehensive factors,and it must be systematically analyzed to find the root cause. In this paper,the oil leakage problem of the oil pan of a vehicle's gearbox is comprehensively analyzed,and the assembly process is optimized and improved. Finally,the oil leakage problem caused by the torque attenuation of the oil pan installation bolt is solved.

油底殼是變速器潤滑系統的重要組成部分,其主要功能是儲存機油、滿足潤滑系統工作時最大循環油量,收集從變速器各摩擦副及內表面流面的潤滑油,防止潤滑油氧化。要求油底殼與變速器之間密封連接,不允許漏油[1-2]。
而一般油底殼與變速器的密封方式主要是膠條密封,其中橡膠條密封的主要設計特點是在油底殼與殼體之間設置橡膠,并通過螺栓連接將油底殼安裝在箱體上,通過螺栓的壓緊力,使得橡膠條彈性變形,從而起到密封作用。
油底殼的密封結構的功能是保證工作中不讓變速器內潤滑油流出,且保證外部的泥水、粉塵等不進入變速器內。若發生泄漏,則變速器的潤滑和冷卻功能受損,導致變速器損壞。若外部泥水、粉塵等物體進入變速器內部,則容易導致潤滑油乳化、齒輪軸承異常磨損、油道堵塞等嚴重問題。……
