


【摘? 要】電動車成為未來汽車發(fā)展的主攻方向,人們對電動車高壓安全的關(guān)注日益凸顯。借助電動車試驗數(shù)據(jù)鏈路,結(jié)合常見高壓上電故障失效類型,以電動車高壓上電時序及對應(yīng)CAN總線數(shù)據(jù)流為基礎(chǔ),建立電動車高壓上電故障診斷與監(jiān)測方法。結(jié)果表明,該數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動方法能夠快速、有效地對高壓上電故障導(dǎo)致原因進(jìn)行診斷并對故障狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實時在線監(jiān)測,為量化分析高壓上電故障分析提供了依據(jù)。

High Voltage Power-on Fault Diagnosis and Monitoring of Electric Vehicles

【Abstract】Electric vehicle has become the main direction of the future automobile development trend,and people's attention to the high voltage safety of electric vehicles has become increasingly prominent. With the help of data link for electric test vehicles,this paper combines common types of high-voltage power-on faults,a diagnosis and monitoring method for high-voltage power-on faults based on the high voltage power-on sequence and CAN data flow of electric vehicle. Results show that the method can diagnose the high-voltage power-on fault quickly and effectively and monitor the fault online in real time,which provides a basis for quantitative analysis of high-voltage power-on fault.

綜合近幾年國內(nèi)汽車銷售結(jié)構(gòu)來看,純電動汽車成為新能源汽車的主流,在未來,純電動汽車依舊擁有龐大的上升空間。汽車道路試驗全面考核了整車各個子系統(tǒng),在開發(fā)過程中起著關(guān)鍵的驗證作用[1]。試驗數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理和分析一直是汽車道路試驗過程中不可缺少的過程,電動車CAN(Controller Area Network)總線數(shù)據(jù)對于電動車試驗中三電系統(tǒng)故障排查、零部件和子系統(tǒng)認(rèn)證發(fā)揮著重要的作用[2]。
針對電動車整車試驗中常見的高壓上電故障,首先介紹了電動車整車試驗數(shù)據(jù)流回傳鏈路,然后分析了電動車高壓上電常見故障診斷方法,最后以電動車高壓上電時序及相關(guān)CAN總線數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對電動車高壓上電流程以及故障診斷和監(jiān)測方法進(jìn)行研究分析。
1? 電動車試驗數(shù)據(jù)鏈路
電動車和傳統(tǒng)燃油車相比有很大的不同之處,電動車的動力電池、電機(jī)和電控系統(tǒng)代替了傳統(tǒng)燃油車的發(fā)動機(jī)和變速器。……
