摘 ?要:課程思政以立德樹人、鑄魂育人為核心,將價值塑造、知識傳授和能力培養(yǎng)融為一體,是新時期高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的一次質(zhì)量革命。在詮釋檔案學(xué)專業(yè)課程思政內(nèi)涵要義的基礎(chǔ)上,探索檔案學(xué)專業(yè)課程思政高質(zhì)量發(fā)展路徑。在檔案學(xué)專業(yè)課程思政建設(shè)中,需要明確建設(shè)目標(biāo)、強化頂層設(shè)計、凸顯專業(yè)特色、堅持守正創(chuàng)新、善用巧思政,推動檔案學(xué)專業(yè)教育與思政教育有機融合、同向同行,在知識傳播中強調(diào)價值引領(lǐng),在價值傳播中釋放知識能量,培養(yǎng)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的社會主義接班人與檔案事業(yè)建設(shè)者。

Abstract: The curriculum ideology and politics is a quality revolution in the training of talents in higher education in the new era, with the core of moral cultivation and soul cultivation, and the integration of value shaping, knowledge teaching and ability training. Based on the interpretation of the curriculum ideology and politics connotation of the archival science, this paper explores the high-quality development path of the archival science curriculum ideology and politics. In the curriculum ideology and politics connotation of the archival science, it is necessary to define the construction goal, strengthen top-level design, highlight professional characteristics, adhere to integrity and innovation, make good use of ingenious thinking, promote the organic integration of archival science professional education and ideology and politics education, work in the same direction, emphasize value guidance in knowledge dissemination, release knowledge energy in value dissemination, and cultivate socialist successors with all-round ability in areas such as morals, intelligence, physical fitness, work and aesthetics and builders of archives.

百年大計,教育為本。2022年,習(xí)近平總書記在黨的二十大報告中提出:“育人的根本在于立德?!盵1]“檔案工作存史資政育人,是一項利國利民、惠及千秋萬代的崇高事業(yè)。”[2]檔案學(xué)專業(yè)具有天然的思政基因,依托豐富的檔案信息文化資源、健全的國家檔案事業(yè)管理體制、完備的檔案學(xué)專業(yè)高等教育體系,構(gòu)建全員全程全方位育人格局,將價值塑造、知識傳授和能力培養(yǎng)融為一體,推動檔案學(xué)專業(yè)教育與思政教育有機融合、同向同行,培養(yǎng)知中國、愛祖國、適應(yīng)檔案事業(yè)發(fā)展的時代新人。
1 課程思政
2016年,習(xí)近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會議上提出,“把思想政治工作貫穿教育教學(xué)全過程,實現(xiàn)全程育人、全方位育人”。[3]隨著思政教育的走實走深,高校著力探索由“思政課程”向“課程思政”全面拓展,依托學(xué)科專業(yè)資源,整合線上課堂與線下課堂、有形資源與無形資源,在知識傳播中強調(diào)價值引領(lǐng),在價值傳播中釋放知識能量,突出顯性教育和隱性教育的融會貫通。……
