基于旅游六要素理論的檔案館文旅融合策略分析

摘 ?要：作為我國重要的文化事業機構，綜合檔案館推進文旅融合是發揮檔案資源價值、助力文旅產業升級的重要舉措。文章從旅游“六要素”理論入手，以河南省檔案館為例，分析綜合檔案館文旅融合現狀及其特征并提出相應發展策略，認為綜合檔案館文旅融合存在客觀發展規律，當前階段文旅融合應當由點到面推進，從文旅要素集聚到長效機制完善，從方向探索到深度融合，推動綜合檔案館文旅融合穩步發展。

Abstract： As an important cultural institution in China， it is an important measure for the comprehensive archives ?to promote the integration of culture and tourisms to give full play to the archival resources and upgrade the cultural tourism industry. Based on the theory of ‘Six elements of tourism， taking Henan Provincial Archives as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of culture and tourism integration of the comprehensive archives and puts forward development strategies， arguing that there is an objective development law of culture and tourism integration， and the integration should be promoted from point to surface， from gathering elements to improving long-term mechanism， from direction exploration to deep integration， so as to promote the steady development of culture and tourism integration of the comprehensive archives.

0 引言

文旅融合是促進文化和旅游高質量發展和實現產業升級的重要推動力，文化和旅游天然互補、互利、互促、互融，[1]《“十四五”文化和旅游發展規劃》指出，“堅持融合發展。以文塑旅、以旅彰文，完善文化和旅游融合發展的體制機制，推動文化和旅游更廣范圍、更深層次、更高水平融合發展”。[2]

作為重要的公共文化事業機構，綜合檔案館在文旅融合進程中面臨著發展新機遇。綜合檔案館文旅融合能夠有效促進文旅產業升級、提升我國公共文化服務水平、提高檔案館服務質量、增強檔案館社會影響力、放大檔案資源價值。同時，文旅融合也給綜合檔案館發展提出了更高要求。在這一背景下，河南省檔案館積極開展文旅融合實踐，挖掘檔案資源價值，助推河南文化和旅游行業發展。

河南是文化大省，底蘊深厚。河南省檔案館開放“檔案看河南”固定陳列展、老家河南-家譜展、河南戲曲檔案展、河南戲曲檔案博物館等展覽（展館），以檔案館及館藏資源為載體，匯集河南特色文化，促進文化消費，助力打造河南形象，有效增強河南省旅游業競爭力。……
