【文本分析】

What：文本內容主要關于三只饑餓的山羊（Little Goat，Middle Goat和Big Goat）想要過橋，去橋對面的山上吃草，但是橋底有一只巨怪攔住了去路。小山羊（Little Goat）毫不畏懼，率先過橋。中山羊（Middle Goat）緊隨其后，大山羊（Big Goat）由最初的害怕，慢慢變得勇敢，在橋上與巨怪搏斗，最后也順利過橋，與同伴匯合，吃上了鮮美的青草。

Why：文本描述小山羊（Little Goat）和中山羊（Middle Goat）智斗巨怪，小山羊（Little Goat）佯稱Dont eat me. Eat Middle Goat. 中山羊（Middle Goat）佯稱Dont eat me. Eat Big Goat.貪婪的巨怪果然上了小山羊（Little Goat）和中山羊（Middle Goat）的當，小山羊（Little Goat）和中山羊（Middle Goat）輕而易舉地過橋吃到了鮮美的嫩草。而大山羊（Big Goat）在小山羊（Little Goat）和中山羊（Middle Goat）的鼓勵下，在橋上與巨怪搏斗，勇斗巨怪的大山羊（Big Goat）也順利過橋吃到了鮮美的嫩草。三只山羊的故事告訴我們在面對困難時，要運用智慧的頭腦去解決問題，要勇敢不害怕，不能輕言放棄。

How：文本主要通過描述Who，What，Where，How 四個方面來推進故事的發展，在介紹人物心理變化時，主要涉及的詞匯有：hungry，scared，not scared， sleepy，交代故事發生場景涉及的詞匯主要有on the bridge，on the hill，in the water，在描述三只山羊過橋與巨怪交鋒的過程中使用的核心句型有：Im hungry. Dont eat me. Eat... Hes big. So what？Im not scared. Youre little. Im big.對話內容句式簡單，且多次重復，利于學生理解。

【教學目標】

通過本課的學習，學生能夠：

（設計意圖：運用朗朗上口的Chant重復句式Theres a ... on the hill. So what？Im not scared.在文本閱讀之前給學生輸入核心句型So what？Im not scared.接著，師生在Free talk中運用Chant中的句式進行對話交流，鞏固核心句型的理解和使用。）

1.Skim，find and match（快速閱讀第6～9頁，找到故事中主人公的名字，連一連。）

2.Read and think（閱讀第6～7頁，回答三只山羊怎么了？）

S：The goats are hungry.

3.Read and answer（閱讀第8～9頁，找到三只山羊該怎么做？）

Q：The three goats are hungry. How do they solve it？

S： Lets cross the bridge（過橋）and eat the grass.

（設計意圖：從討論三只山羊的狀態出發，三只山羊饑腸轆轆，所以想要過橋吃到對面山上鮮美的嫩草，推動故事情節的發展，從而引導學生去猜測和思考接下來的故事發展。）

4.Listen and find（聽第8～9頁的對話，找到三只山羊的心情怎么樣？）

S：Little Goat is not scared.

S：Big Goat and Middle Goat are scared.

5.Listen and act（聽第10～11頁的對話，模仿巨怪和小山羊演一演。）

Troll： Im hungry.

Little Goat：Dont eat me. Eat Middle Goat. Hes big.

Troll： OK.

6.Discuss and say（小山羊為了過橋做了什么？）

Q： What does Little Goat do to cross the bridge？

S： Little Goat says，“Eat Middle Goat.”

7.Look and answer.
