摘 要:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展及產(chǎn)科質(zhì)量服務(wù)需求的提升,助產(chǎn)學(xué)實(shí)操在真人上的實(shí)施機(jī)會(huì)有限,且產(chǎn)科知識(shí)點(diǎn)復(fù)雜且抽象,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)科數(shù)字教材存在一定局限性,信息化新技術(shù)、新手段的融合可能有效協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中的實(shí)施。該文將虛擬仿真技術(shù)與3D可視化技術(shù)融入助產(chǎn)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教材的建設(shè),利用“微信小程序”實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)式教學(xué),在軟件設(shè)計(jì)中融合游戲式教學(xué)理念,根據(jù)學(xué)生需求確定軟件的內(nèi)容及功能,開發(fā)適合當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的數(shù)字化教材,實(shí)現(xiàn)其在教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Construction of a New Model of 3D Midwifery Teaching Material Based on Virtual Simulation Technology

Abstract: With the development of society and the improvement of obstetrical quality service demand, the practice of midwifery has limited opportunities to be implemented in real life, and obstetrical knowledge is complex and abstract. And therefore traditional digital obstetrics teaching materials have certain limitations. The integration of new information technology and new means may effectively assist the implementation of experimental teaching. The research groupintegrates virtual simulation technology and 3D visualization technology into the construction of midwifery experimental teaching materials, using “Wechat applet” to achieve mobile teaching, teaching concept in software design integration game type, determine the content and function of software, according to the requirements of the students to develop digital textbook for contemporary college students, and realizes its application value in teaching.

為孕產(chǎn)婦提供高質(zhì)量的護(hù)理服務(wù)能有效降低產(chǎn)婦和嬰兒的死亡率,對(duì)發(fā)展中國家而言更是重要的措施。2015年我國二胎政策全面實(shí)施,高齡產(chǎn)婦比例有顯著升高的趨勢(shì),而2021年中央政治局會(huì)議的召開,《中共中央 國務(wù)院關(guān)于優(yōu)化生育政策促進(jìn)人口長期均衡發(fā)展的決定》中指出,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化生育政策,實(shí)施一對(duì)夫妻可以生育三個(gè)子女政策及配套支持措施,高齡產(chǎn)婦的比例有可能進(jìn)一步提升,孕產(chǎn)婦對(duì)產(chǎn)科護(hù)理服務(wù)的要求也可能有所提升,使得臨床上孕產(chǎn)婦綜合醫(yī)療訓(xùn)練將面臨更加嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)和挑戰(zhàn)。……
