


摘要:高職院校生源素質參差不齊,對高職院校單一的人才培養模式提出了極大的挑戰。在新需求背景下,遵循以學生全面發展、成才為原則,筆者學校以數控技術專業為龍頭,依托“1+X”證書不同等級的人才培訓標準,探索施行分類分層教學的可行性和必要性。利用學生素質、Das-Naglieri認知能力評估成績、教師同學評價作為參考因素進行線性回歸分析,確定影響學生學習能力的主、次要因素,按照“1+X”證書等級要求構建人才培養模式,為學生提供多種學習方式,使學生都能獲得與其自身能力相符的技能,有效地提高了學生動手實踐能力和創新能力,從而解決高職生源多元化造成的教學困擾,為高職院校教學改革提供新思路。

Construct the "1 + X" Practical Teaching System and Promote the Training of NC Technical Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Multiple Dimensions

Abstract: The uneven quality of students in Higher Vocational Colleges poses a great challenge to the single talent training mode in higher vocational colleges. In the context of new needs, following the principle of all-round development and success of students, our university takes the major of numerical control technology as the leader and relies on the talent training standards of different levels of "1 + X" certificate to explore the feasibility and necessity of classified and layered teaching. Using students' quality, DAS naglieri cognitive ability evaluation results, teachers' and classmates' evaluation as reference factors for linear regression analysis, determine the primary and secondary factors affecting students' learning ability, build a talent training model according to the requirements of "1 + X" certificate level, provide students with a variety of learning methods, and enable students to obtain skills consistent with their own abilities, It effectively improves students' practical ability and innovation ability, so as to solve the teaching problems caused by the diversification of higher vocational students, and provide new ideas for the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.

2019年我國的政府工作報告通過了高職院校擴招100萬人的實施方案,方案不僅提出了數量要求,而且也給出了學生來源,主要包括:高中畢業生、中職畢業生、退役軍人、下崗失業人員、農民工、新型職業農民等多元渠道,這與之前高職學生主要來源于高中畢業生存在很大的差異。主要表現在文化理論基礎差別明顯、學生的學習能力及個體需求差別明顯[1]。與此同時,教育部在2018年正式試點“1+X”等級證書制度,針對不同能力的學生,可以選擇不同的等級證書。……
