摘要:為了提高天然砂卵石料的篩分效率和成品石料級配穩(wěn)定,該文從工藝規(guī)模、流程和設(shè)備選型等方面介紹了一種骨料篩分與洗料廢水回用集成技術(shù)。通過在篩分前設(shè)置粗碎設(shè)備,在篩分系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部對超徑料增設(shè)細碎環(huán)節(jié)并形成閉路循環(huán)進行二次篩分。三級沉淀池內(nèi)設(shè)有繞流擋板和上坡道,增加廢水的流動路徑和沉淀時間,并將沉淀后的清水循環(huán)用于砂料的洗泥脫水。工程效果表明,該技術(shù)能夠避免出現(xiàn)骨料超遜徑問題,具有廢水資源可循環(huán)利用的特點。

Research on High-efficiency Screening and Utilization Technology of Natural Sand and Pebble Materials

Abstract:?In order to improve the screening efficiency of natural sand and gravel and the stability of finished stone grading, this paper introduces an integrated technology of aggregate screening and washing wastewater reuse from the aspects of process scale, process and equipment selection. By setting up the coarse crushing equipment before the screening, a fine crushing step is added to the super-diameter material inside the screening system to form a closed loop for secondary screening. The three-stage sedimentation tank is provided with a flow baffle and an uphill road to increase the flow path and sedimentation time of the waste water, and the cleaned water after the sediment is used for sludge dewatering of the sand material. The engineering effect shows that the technology can avoid the problem of over-expansion of aggregates and has the characteristics of recycling of wastewater resources.

當(dāng)今我國科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進,水利水電作為國家的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)得到飛速發(fā)展。作為水電工程中最基本的建設(shè)材料,在以混凝土壩為主體的水電工程建設(shè)初期,很多臨時輔助設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)施工都需要建設(shè),以及后期的主體施工也需要大量的混凝土。混凝土約占砂石骨料體積的80%~85%,砂石骨料重量的85%~90%。由于砂石骨料的質(zhì)量對混凝土質(zhì)量的影響很大,因此砂石骨料的生產(chǎn)將最終影響混凝土的質(zhì)量和造價。大量的工程經(jīng)驗表明:作為水工結(jié)構(gòu)附屬的砂石加工系統(tǒng),是制約水工結(jié)構(gòu)施工的關(guān)鍵因素。
如果采用從市場上采購砂石骨料,運輸成本和采購價格成本均較高,且質(zhì)量也難以保證。當(dāng)施工現(xiàn)場附近河灘存在豐富天然砂卵石毛料時,往往通過臨時建設(shè)天然砂卵石骨料加工篩分系統(tǒng),這樣既能保證砂石骨料的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量,又能保證工程的有序施工。……
