摘要:為有效利用天然染料資源,以黑米為原料提取花青素,探討了pH值對黑米花青素吸收光譜的影響。采用該花青素對桑蠶絲綢進行染色,研究染浴pH值及后媒處理對試樣染色性能及抗紫外線性能的影響。結果表明:黑米花青素在較低pH值下具有良好的顯色性能及對絲綢的染色性能,染色試樣的抗紫外線性能隨pH值降低而提高;媒染劑對絲綢的色調及抗紫外性能有顯著影響。

Dyeing behavior and antiultraviolet property of silk fabric dyed
with black rice anthocyanin

Abstract: In order to make effective use of natural dye resources, anthocyanins were extracted from the raw material of black rice, and the effects of pH value on anthocyanin absorption spectra were analyzed. Then mulberry silk was dyed with the anthocyanins to investigate the impact of dye bath pH value and postmordanting on the dyeing performance and antiultraviolet properties of the dyed silk samples. The results indicated that the black rice anthocyanin exhibits good color display behavior and excellent silk dyeing performance at lower pH value. The antiultraviolet properties of dyed silk samples increased with the decrease of pH value. Mordant is proved to have a significant effect on the color hue and antiultraviolet property of the dyed silk fabrics.

花青素是廣泛存在于植物體內的一類水溶性色素,是形成植物果實和花鮮艷色彩的重要成分。花青素屬于植物多酚中的類黃酮化合物,其組成的基本結構單元稱為花青素苷元,具有C6—C3—C6的三環共軛體系。在植物體中,花青素多以花色苷的形式存在,花色苷為花青素與糖結合的產物,同時,部分花色苷的糖基還可以被酚酸(如咖啡酸、阿魏酸、p香豆酸、對羥基苯甲酸等)所酰化,以酰基化花青素的形式存在。花青素的抗氧化清除自由基性能以及穩定性取決于花青素的化學結構,包括花青素苷元、糖基的種類和數目,以及酰基化酚酸的結構、數目等因素[13]。黑米花青素是從禾本科植物黑稻的加工產品黑米中提取的紅色天然色素,其色價高,著色能力強,安全性好,資源豐富。文獻研究發現,黑米花青素的主要化學成分是矢車菊素3葡萄糖苷和芍藥素葡萄糖苷[45],其結構式如圖1所示。……
