醫院大數據集成與服務平臺的建設與應用

摘? 要： 為了實現醫院核心業務之間的互聯互通，推動醫院內部信息資源整合和共享，建立了由主數據管理、患者主索引、患者360試圖、大數據應用、臨床科研平臺、綜合運營BI六大模塊組成的，以電子病歷為核心的醫院大數據集成與服務平臺。該平臺的建設，實現了醫院各個異構系統的集成并提供了統一的醫療數據訪問服務，為智慧醫院建設打下了堅實基礎。

Construction and application of hospital big data integration and service platform

Abstract： In order to realize the interconnection between hospital core businesses and promote the integration and sharing of hospital internal information resources， the hospital big data integration and service platform is established， which consists of master data management， patient master index， patient information management， big data application， clinical research platform and comprehensive operation BI， etc. six modules， and takes electronic medical record as the core. The construction of the platform realizes the integration of various heterogeneous systems in the hospital and provides unified medical data access services， which has laid a solid foundation for the construction of smart hospital.

0 引言

在互聯網快速發展的今天，我國醫療信息化的建設已經取得了顯著效果，而隨著大數據、云計算、人工智能等新興技術在醫學領域的廣泛應用，醫療服務也逐步從信息化向智能化過渡[1-2]。我院作為一所集醫療、教學和臨床科研為一體的綜合性三甲醫院，經過近幾年的信息化建設，已經建立了HIS、LIS、PACS（超聲、內鏡、放射）、電子病歷、急診分診、手術麻醉管理、不良事件上報等醫療信息管理系統和醫療輔助系統，但由于各個系統數據標準、數據模型或者實現方式不同，仍面臨數據標準不統一，交互接口復雜繁多，信息交換不完善等信息集成和共享的問題[3]。因此，通過建設醫院大數據集成與服務平臺，以患者電子病歷的信息采集、存儲和集中管理為基礎，應用集成引擎工具來實現不同服務之間的互聯互通操作，以及院內不同業務系統之間的統一集成、資源整合和高效運轉[4]。
