Abstract:Benjamin H. Bratton adheres to a critical line that differs from that of traditional left-wing intellectuals, starting from Carl Schmitt’sDerNomosderErdeand arguing that there exists, in the same way that the nation-state under the Westphalian Convention system has rules for the global territorial order, in the cloud world of data , there also exists a cloud law that forms the basis of the geopolitics of digital governance today. On this basis, the data cloud constitutes a kind of stack structure of data platforms, where the stack is the basis for planetary scale computing, and through planetary scale computing, a coping mechanism that can face global disasters like the COVID-19 epidemic is achieved. This requires us to move out of the traditional left-wing intellectual framework of a negative biopolitics and build an affirmative biopolitics with nomos of cloud, stacks and planetary computing as the main framework, and this biopolitics also allows us to evolve politically, to move away from the abstract individual model of neoliberalism and to construct a global capacity to face the future.

Abstract: In terms of the essence of language，Hobbes is a nominalist.However，in terms of the function of language，he saw the revolutionary influence of the reasoning ability, self-representation ability and joint ability of language on expanding human’s natural mind，and constructed his whole political philosophy theory from this. Before the invention of language，human desires had relatively less conflict. At this time，people were not separated from animals. After the invention of language，the influence of language on human mind is so great that it is difficult for people to control and enter the dilemma of the so-called natural state. Only by going out of the natural state and entering the state of a country united under a sovereign (a country with orderly words)is the real way out for mankind: establish the will of the sovereign as a rational law through language，and regulate the behavior rules and rights of each social member in the form of law. Hobbes also continued to apply nominalism to theology and politics, and believed that the infinite，omnipotent and eternal God was only deduced by people through language.

Abstract:Foreign culture textbooks are an effective way to shape the “image of China” and play an important role in the cross-cultural communication of Chinese culture. Foreign culture textbooks should take the shaping of a brand-new “image of China” as the narrative framework and choose appropriate cultural content around values，cultural connotation and foreign policy，make a good“Chinese image”go deep into the ideas of foreign learners. In the new era, the shaping of “Chinese image” in foreign culture textbooks can follow the dimensions of loving peace，being kind to neighbors，openness，inclusiveness， generosity and peace，elegant style，leisurely charm，keeping pace with the times and being full of vitality. Shaping the“image of China”through foreign culture teaching materials is a way to construct the national image that meets the needs of the times and can produce the expected effect. A good “image of China” will have a beneficial impact on other countries’formulation of political，economic and foreign policies towards China and China’s international relations.

Abstract: Compared with the latecomers at the end of praise and criticism，the“pre-Qin people” at the same time with Confucius should be the people who can best describe the image of Confucius. These people can be divided into“villains”，sages and disciples. In the eyes of “villains”，Confucius is a sage who is erudite and versatile，a gentleman who understands rites and music，and a sage who can foretell things. As far as sages are concerned，Confucius or “Habitat dweller” travels around the world，like “lost dog”； or those who strive to promote the Tao，“know it can’t be done”；or shoulder the destiny of enlightenment and become the “wooden Duo” in the world；or smart and arrogant young people who need to “go to lust and pride”. In the eyes of Confucius disciples，Confucius is a teacher of “good guidance”，an insurmountable sage and an outstanding saint. The formation and migration of the above images are related to their internal logic and value trade-offs，and an objective and fair view of Confucius was proposed before the revival of Confucianism.
