阿連德山脈露臺(tái)/牧場(chǎng)（Terraza / Rancho Sierra Allende）位于自然環(huán)境之中，毗鄰水域，為居民提供了一個(gè)遠(yuǎn)離城市喧囂的休憩之所。它是一個(gè)休息和進(jìn)行社交活動(dòng)的理想場(chǎng)所，讓人們?cè)谄渲锌梢韵硎芩畨魏椭車鷺淞值拿谰埃ㄖ彩菢?gòu)成景觀的要素之一。設(shè)計(jì)將場(chǎng)地中的所有樹木都保存下來(lái)，以尋求與自然環(huán)境的和諧。

該場(chǎng)所可滿足居民的娛樂(lè)需求。它將場(chǎng)地內(nèi)外部連通起來(lái)，從而產(chǎn)生360°的視野。該項(xiàng)目有2個(gè)入口和一個(gè)橫向的環(huán)流核心，使得規(guī)劃具有更清晰的結(jié)構(gòu)。人們可通過(guò)東側(cè)的人行天橋進(jìn)入場(chǎng)地，正對(duì)東側(cè)入口的陶瓷格子幕墻為室內(nèi)空間提供私密性。西側(cè)有一個(gè)大露臺(tái)作為入口大廳，是內(nèi)部空間的延伸，包含餐廳、燒烤和食品準(zhǔn)備區(qū)。主要的拱形建筑包括了雙層高度的家庭娛樂(lè)室、餐廳和酒吧。這些空間與外部連接，并延伸到可以俯瞰大壩的主露臺(tái)。露臺(tái)南面與步道相連，步道被樹木環(huán)繞，北面可以看到大壩。

選用當(dāng)?shù)氐牟牧希静摹ね梁托鋷r）來(lái)進(jìn)行建筑的建造，建筑主結(jié)構(gòu)是鋼元素和木梁的組合系統(tǒng)。平臺(tái)下部設(shè)計(jì)混凝土樁，無(wú)論其結(jié)構(gòu)功能如何，主要目的是將平臺(tái)與水分隔開(kāi)，上部則由細(xì)長(zhǎng)的鋼柱建造。正外立面有折疊聚氯乙烯雙層玻璃門系統(tǒng)，能夠隔熱并且提供日照和通風(fēng)。主體拱形建筑內(nèi)襯了氧化處理的鋼板，具有低維護(hù)成本，且兩側(cè)都有隔熱層。柵格幕墻用陶瓷片裝飾，以47°擺放，與拱形屋頂?shù)膬A角相同。

該項(xiàng)目在形式上強(qiáng)調(diào)了一個(gè)具有大體量的簡(jiǎn)單建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，將現(xiàn)有和舊的建造系統(tǒng)，與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)手工制作的材料使用相結(jié)合，以實(shí)現(xiàn)獨(dú)特的美學(xué)效果。最后通過(guò)實(shí)施被動(dòng)冷卻系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)環(huán)境的保護(hù)和尊重。自然資源得到了再利用，通過(guò)該設(shè)計(jì)收集的雨水和廢水，在處理后用于花園區(qū)域的灌溉。

Located in a natural area, next to a body of water, the Terrace / Rancho Sierra Allende's main function is to provide a respite from the bustle of the city to its inhabitants. It is configured as an ideal place to rest and develop social activities, enjoying the views of the dam and the trees that surround it. The building was projected as one more element of the landscape, in it all the trees were preserved,seeking harmony with the natural context.

The functional scheme responds to the needs of recreation and a continuous relationship between the interior and the exterior generating a 360° view. The functional scheme has two entrances and lateral circulation cores that articulate the program. To the east, it is accessed through a footbridge that welcomes you with a curtain wall of ceramic lattice that provides privacy to the interior space. In the west is a large terrace that functions as an entrance hall and is an extension of the interior space that has the dining room, grill and food preparation area. In the main gabled volume are the family room, dining room and bar, which has a double height. These spaces are connected to the outside and extend to the main terrace overlooking the dam. The design of the terrace is articulated with the South walkway, bordered by a curtain of trees, and the North with a view of the dam.

Materials from the region (wood, clay and basalt) were integrated in its construction, the structure is a combined system of steel elements and wooden beams. In the lower part of the terrace,concrete piles were designed that, regardless of their structural function, have the main objective of separating the terrace from contact with water, while the upper part is built with slender steel columns. The fa?ade had folding PVC double-glass door system, it’s also used as thermal insulator that provides daylight and ventilation. The main gabled volume is lined with a steel sheet with an oxide finish, low maintenance and with thermal insulation on both sides. The lattice is designed with pieces of ceramic, placed at 47 °, the same inclination as the gabled roof.

The project formally and schematically highlights a volumetry and simple organization; as well as the combination of the use of current and old construction systems, which go hand in hand with the use of materials from the site handcrafted to achieve a distinctive aesthetic. The end result takes care of and respects the environment by implementing passive cooling systems. Natural resources are reused, the design captures rainwater and wastewater are treated for reuse in the irrigation of garden areas.
